oil change was done in less than an hour , I usually wait over 2 hours at other places

The rep at the desk was helpful along w the service tech being excellent. The service tech went over the vehicle w me as i had purchased it recently. I explained an issue that was happening and he pi pointed it immediately, the cost for the brake caliper ervice was reasonable and it rectified the issue the car was having during braking. The technician is good and should get a raise and be well taken care of. People like him are who you want on your team.

Was given a price for battery installed of $199.00 plus tax. But the invoice had a $10.00 up charge for "shop fee". This in my opinion is complete BS. Shop fee is code for squeeze the customer.

I was told about a problem with my vehicle but wasn’t pushed to get it down right then and there but when I inquired more I was given a detailed explanation with price included as well as what help was available if I needed it.
I have been using Midas for years and always mark my tires when getting oil change since they state tire rotation with oil change. I have doubted this in the past so I checked when I left this time and the tires were in same location. I call location and manege had no response. This will probably be my last time and this will be posted on my social media pages. Too many people are getting ripe off by these companies that advertise one thing and deliver another.

Everything was very easily accessible and reasonable, the prices were fantastic and the location was easy to find. I had Quinton answer the phone to talk about my scheduled appointment, and he was very accommodating, and when I arrived he dealt with my needs accordingly and was very inviting and friendly.
John and Quinton were excellent in getting my vehicle back to me in working order. We ran into more problems than anticipated, but John and Quinton made it right as quickly as possible with the least amount of hassle on my end. I was grateful to have them, and trusted them with my vehicle.

An outstanding experience. Made an appointment online through this Midas website. My vehicle was brought right in and was done in no time at all. Well there was a hiccup with brake fluid for my car it’s rare. The other location driver didn’t arrive anywhere near the time he said he would. But the rep. Who helped me called and called and chewed a few people out so that I would get in and out. He told me every step of the way what was going on. Was very nice and seemed knowledgeable of the time it should’ve take to arrive, and also about the job and my cars needs.

I came in for an oil change and found out that the whole oil gasket was leaking and it would take 3 hours to fix and then he told me the price to fix it that I didn't have. That's when I went into a panic mode and assured me to that I could apply for a Midas Card and that would cover the cost. I was so so so happy. I applied, and the card paid for the services. I went and had lunch a block away while my car was being fixed and 3 hours later, my car was ready to drive without the oil light on. My breaks went that Saturday afternoon. Brake down to the floor panel. I called they said come in, Mike was very helpful. My whole brake system was shot 2004 Volvo. Someone had given me the car from church. I work with seniors in the health field. I had to make it to work on Monday. They let me wait for the car. 4 hours and may I say they worked an hour over, pass their time to go home! God bless Armondo and Chuck that finished the whole system that day. I am now at work on a Monday morning thanks to kind and helpful people. They go the extra mile.

Reduce the pricing and be transparent on the labor cost. Labor cost wasn’t even discussed and cost almost 2 times that of the parts put into my car. I feel extremely ripped off and would never suggest Midas to anyone. The company feels like a scam.

Tires were not rotated as stated in oil change program. I had suspected this in the past since tires showed no sign of fingerprints so I marked a tire this time and it never moved.
Everyone I spoke with was very patient and explained everything because it went in for tires but they found an oil leak and a few other issues that now have been resolved.

I made an appointment online through Midas’s website. I then received an email advising that an associate would call me within the next 30 business minutes. I never received a call. I called the next day and explained that I never received a call. Tony then said that they DO NOT CALL if the requested appointment time is full. That is the exact opposite way to do business. How does Midas expect to keep customers if they do not call to schedule and confirm requested appointments? That is actively turning away customers and business.

I made an appointment for a certain service. There was a miscommunication in the stock needed to complete my appointment, so they needed to keep my vehicle overnight. Things like this happen, so I completely understood and was able to make the adjustments for them to keep my vehicle until the could resolve the problem. Management was able to offer me a discount on the service for keeping my vehicle, which made me happy to make up for the inconvenience. Everything worked out in the end and I appreciated the gesture and honesty, so I will definitely be a returning customer.
