This is the second time I have taken my work vehicle to Midas, the Menaul Location. This second time I had to have the vehicle towed to Midas. Dwayne at Midas, let me know that the vehicle had been towed to Midas, and he kept me updated as to the parts availability, also that Lease Plan had not approved the work. I appreciate Midas contacting me and keeping me informed me of the status regarding the vehicle, and great follow up. I let my manager know that this Midas has a great turnaround time, and the service personnel are highly professional, and the prices are fair, and I trust them. We are considering bringing all of our fleet vehicles for servicing at the Menual Midas in ALbquerque New Mexico.

Michael and Dwayne were EXCELLENT! My daughter and I were traveling cross country-from California to North Carolina. In Albuquerque we began hearing a "whooshing" sound in the tires. Knew that it was brake related. Went to dinner and there was a Midas next door so I went in to ask if they could look at our car. It was close to closing. Michael told us to come back first thing the next morning, so we did. Dwayne was there and they took our car right away. In a few hours we had a complete brake job. Dwayne kept us updated the entire morning-so, so PLEASED with the service here. We could have been taken advantage of-given our situation. But we traveled the rest of the way to North Carolina in confidence with Midas' warranty and the opportunity to use any Midas along the trip. Can not recommend this Midas location enough! I came in with an oil change coupon. Planned on using the semisynthetic oil, but was informed by the sales associate that he can only use the more expensive synthetic oil per manufacturer specs. A disclaimer on this should be on the flyer that brought me in for the oil change. I explained to the manager that I'm done with using the semisynthetic oil but he refused and said he will not change the oil unless he uses the more expensive synthetic. Not sure of the actual policy but if it is a policy, it should be disclosed on the advertised flyer so the client knows what to expect.

Brought car in for an alignment. Was told alignment would not hold as the control arms are worn out and it would take about $3k to bring it up to condition (new struts, control arms, tires, etc.). After I replaced the struts, brought to my mechanic who indicated that the suspension was good (no control arms needed, ball joints and tie rods good) and he questioned the struts being replaced which i still have the old assemblies (I will test when I get time). I returned for the alignment where the manager showed me that the rubber bushings on control arms are cracked (not leaking) and said it would be best to replace as they will eventually wear out. I do not feel I can trust this shop with the data I have collected. I spent $210 on the struts which are probably still good and an afternoon of my time.
I came into this Midas without an appointment for an oil change. The guy at the counter said he could work me in and actually took care of me that day. 10/10!

Once the oil change was started it should have been finished in a timely manner instead of the vehicle sitting untouched for over 40 minutes. Wasn't until I asked about what was taking so long that someone actually went and finished the job. No communication. Poor customer service.

The service manager is excellent! I was not able to get the alignment performed due to worn out control arm bushings. The manager quoted me a price for the repairs in order to hold the alignment. I am currently evaluating whether the cost of repairs are worth it as the vehicle is from 1998.
I had been looking for a solution for my truck, needing a tires that was balding and out of place. They were able to get me in, resolve my issue and take away my stress for a fair price. They got me in and on my way in one stop and one day.

This is the worst location I have ever been too and I go to them country wide. The manager doesn’t deserve the title of the job. One of the worst customer services I have ever received. They were rude and not only did they refuse to look at the vehicle once brought in after they had done work to it. They refused to inspect the vehicle. I am appalled by the lack of effort to help and even more disappointed in the reaction we got when we had the issue. I will not be coming back and am going to leave a bad review of this location anywhere I can. 0/10 on everything. Worst location you guys have and need to reevaluate the employees you have on board.

I went in for an oil change. Michael Smith called me and told me "We could barely get your car into the garage b/c the transmission was acting up so bad." On the phone Mike told me that it would cost $7500-10000 to fix, in person just a few minutes later he upped the price to $12,500. A tech took me for a ride around the block and kept saying that my transmission was taking a long time to shift and that it could give out on me at any moment without warning. I noticed nothing wrong. When I was in the shop waiting for my oil change to be completed Mike said something to me like "What are you thinking, financing it with us or trading it in to get a new car?" I said something like "I don't know what to think, I just learned about this minutes ago" He also told me my transmission fuel was low and he wouldn't change it as it would make my transmission worse.A month or two prior I had my car extensively checked out at Firestone and they did a few repairs. Immediately after leaving Midas, I made an appointment at Firestone and told them all that Mike had told me. They drove my car around and said nothing was wrong with my transmission. Your Midas shop and the employee's are what is wrong with business today -- I know about vehicle mechanics and although the shop folks tried to explain the importance of vehicle maintenance, they did so with a sense of fear and urgency so as get the maintenance now or else vehicle will explode. Imagine if my mother went in that shop for a simple oil change and she encountered the hoopla; she would have bought all maintenance recommenced and that is called taking advantage of the elderly. I like the person who explained the maintainability, it is just the manner in which it was done. I, like most Americans, feel we want to go purchase an EV, not for the benefits of the environment, but to avoid the nonsense bestowed by your shop to increase profits. Thank you!

I didn't have an appointment. I came in and was told it would be 30-45 minutes until my car was taken back and another 30-45 for the oil change. They took it back in way less time and completed it quickly. They checked everything which the dealership was not doing anymore and the dealership took longer to do the service.
It was a very easy process and they always answer the phone, and were very attentive. They easily excepted my coupon and very kind.

There was an altercation between mngr and Cust. I think both were at fault for the argument. The mngr tried to do what's right but wasn't professional with his behavior. It took 3 hrs to change oil and patch a tire....emp didn't have training on patching tire but it held. Mngr was pleasant to me and he discounted the cost because of everything that happened but overall I was a bad call on my part to come to location. I'm sorry I feel I could have been informed UP FRONT about the lack of knowledge in the work being done... And it shouldn't have taken so long for what I needed done.

I had a last minute trip come up and needed to have mine and my daughters car checked. Unfortunately, they were completely booked, but offered to squeeze one car in. I was so appreciative of Michael and Renzo for their friendly and knowledgeable customer service. My car was done in a timely manner and for an amazing price! Renzo also let me know I will need to replace my brakes soon, but let me know they were safe for my drive. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone I know.

I went for a 4 wheel alignment. I was told by Mike that I could absolutely not get it done because my whole front end needed to be fixed front my struts to my shocks my ball joints white all the work that needed to be done it was going to be over 5,000! My advice is to have Mike know that as a woman I felt very degraded that he tried to take advantage of a woman that way. My husband checked and we always go a second opinion else where where the alignment and ties were down with no problems.

When it came time to pay for this service the Manager of the Midas shop said that his printer was acting up and that he could not give me a print out of what my pre or post alignment values were. I waited over 1 and a half hour (almsot 2 Hours) just for my vehicle to have a Regular Maintenance (Semi-Synthetic Oil Change).Got feedback from the Shop's Vehicle Inspection that it needs a lot of work. Total Charge was almost $1,500. Eventually they did replace (1) of my Rear Signal Light upon my approval.
