First, I made a appointment on your web site it wait 30 minutes to verify my appointment, well it never came I called the store they informed me they don't take appointments anymore since January 2024 and it is first come then the next day I get a email from midas verifying my appointment.

stop rushing to complete the job and then loosing the parts to the car and not replacing as promissed due to the techs error.its been 3 weeks and I keep getting the run around.
We called to make an appointment and they all of a sudden don't take appointments. We went in right when they opened at 8am and was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. 45 minutes later I asked the guy at the front for the status update and the car hadn't even been taken back yet and he said it would be another hour. We also usually grab a Groupon to use and in the past we've been told that the store would match Groupon's price. The guy at the front was so rude and condescending. He proceeded to have an attitude and talk down to us saying that we must not know how Groupon works because that's not how they do things. There was a balance left to pay and we had asked what it was for and he rolled his eyes and said that it was for Groupon doesn't cover - haven't you used Groupon before. It left such a bad impression that we will be sure to find somewhere else to get our oil changes from in the future. We also noticed our vehicle leaking something on our driveway. When we went out to ask the mechanic if he noticed any leaks, all we got was a short, "no". Not sure if all the staff has changed, but it's definitely not the same.

I communicated to the associate that my car wasn't starting well during the oil change and that I wanted the battery checked... 1 hour later after pick-up the car died in the middle of the street. Listening to your clients is important I spent over 2 hours with my son and car dead on the street all because this Midas service did check my vehicle properly.

Be honest and and don’t charge me for an oil change when you didn’t do one. This was the previous visit before I had to come back to get my breathalyzer removed because I was forced to go to your location. 1500 bucks and you guys did nothing but crack my oil pan and cause my engine to leak the only way I would ever recommend you guys is if you gave me 1500 bucks to say sorry and I can show receipts of the service I had to get an another service place. That place was even kind enough to give me a discount because they felt bad you guys screwed me over. Now the new service manager you have is nice that’s the only good thing I have to say.
The guy in front charged me an additonal $5 for labor? I thoughgt that was included and NOT an add on. I did come in with a coupon by the way for $44 and I walked out paying $60............
I always come to this Midas, they have great customer service. I was called about my front breaks and needed replacement, the gentleman told me pricing and what I would be getting replaced. I appreciate the explanation and information he gave about regulatory maintenance. I am also happy I have lifetime warranty on the pads and can get them done in 35000 miles and only pay for labor. Saves me a hundred dollars next time on the pads alone. Much appreciated!

I called for an Oil Change service. They got me in same day at 4pm. Gentlemen at the desk was very nice and greeted me. He told me how much the service was and how long it takes. Everything went really well. The Groupon was stupid and I actually ended up paying even more money than it would’ve been had I just asked Midas for the special. So that was dumb but otherwise the service was great. The only issue we are having is with one of the cars it smells really bad and has smelled since I got back from an oil change which was yesterday. I have brought my vehicle in twice, once last summer, 2022, and this pat Monday. Each time is was to have my brakes inspected. Last summer I was told my brakes were fine and still at 40%. Yesterday I was again told my brakes were fine and I was told yet again my brakes are still good at 40%. This is impossible! My brakes squeal twice as bad as last summer and yet again I’m told there’s nothing wrong with them so hit a second opinion this morning and found my rotors were bad and as such they damaged my pads. I was shown the measurements showing they were completely worn and I was shown the rotors and the damage to both the rotors and pads. I’m glad I got a second opinion because this was definitely a safety hazard.

We were told the service was going to take hour and a half to two hours... five hours later the service was completed. We opted to wait at the shop for the service to be completed, as we were under the impression it would only be two hours at the most. My wife ended up sitting at the shop for 4+ hours. I believe it took longer than expected to get in the new part. Just wish it would have been communicated that the service was going to take the majority of the day. We would have dropped off and picked up when completed rather than sit in the waiting room for 4+ hours.
When you perform a wheel alignment you should attach a copy of the adjusted readings to the ervice order/receipt. Midas was unable to provide a copy because the file corrupted. That's unacceptable
When I checked to see if the oil was new with the dipstick everything was fine. then this is not your fault, but The windshield wiper level was low, The brake fluid was low, The radiator fluid was low and I think the transmission fluid was low.

I had my vehicle serviced for a oil change. Everything seemed to go well, however a day after service while driving down the road I heard a scraping noise coming from the bottom of the car. After pulling over, I discovered that the access panel to the oil drain was hanging down, and now damaged. It was missing 2 of the 3 fasteners. Clearly the tech who installed it was careless and did not attach it properly. This made me uneasy, if this type of carelessness was exhibited with the simple installation of the panel, then how am I supposed to feel confident in the work going into my car.

Oil change was good. Decided to check the allignment and was told that it is slightly off.After adjusting the allignment, the car is pulling hard to the right. Visited 3 times, and still the same. They "fixed" it 3 times and still pulling hard to the right. The care is now way worse then it was before I brought it in. This is $120.00 wasted as my car was Ok before the allignement and now it pulls hard to the right. They shop was not able to correct this. It was definitely a mistake going to Midas. I made an appointment at the Kia dealer and will let them fix them this botched allignment job.Makes me wonder if the alligment equipment is defective or how else to explain this.

The guys were extremely nice and professional. They were informative of the services I needed and made sure I chose the correct oil. They were even really friendly and kind with my small son while he was exploring the shop.
Location did not have the synthetic oil for my vehicle so I had to choose a lesser semi synthetic. This also made my coupon useless and I ended up paying more for a lesser value. The cashier tech called me and advised that the mechanic stated there were some care items to look out for but they did not provide me with an inspection checklist and when I asked I was told that it would be emailed to me, which it never was.
Midas should inform the customer of damages to the vehicle that they cause.
When I got to my home, smoke was coming into my car, the oil pressure light came on, the oil light came on. I checked the oil and it was empty. Oil all over my driveway. I had to get the car towed myself back to Midas. They said the oil filter had a kink in it. Now I'm worried my engine is compromised.

I paid $60 for a BASIC oil change (not a high mileage or full synthetic). SUPPOSEDLY I got a “discount” with that, too. My fluids were NOT topped off, and I did not receive a tire rotation because the tech told me they only do those when you start showing signs of wear. When I took the car to my tire place where I got the new tires, that person did inform me that tire rotations should be done every other oil change (which this was) in order to PREVENT wear. Just seemed like they were taking short cuts. I won’t be back.

As a 72 YO man, I can sense honesty and goodwill, traits that very rare now a days.
It took over a week to “inspect” my vehicle and then another week to replace the fuel pump. The front desk people did not do their job well and I didn’t get a single update - I had to call to check on the quote and status myself every few days. Car worked for 24 hours and then didn’t start the next day. When I called, nobody offered to fix the issue and just tried to pawn me off to a different shop. Ok if you have a lot of money to burn I guess..

I was told I needed rear shocks replaced & was quoted $589. I purchased the same shocks @ Amazon for $32 ea & a torque wrench for $33 and did the entire job for under $100.Also told I needed a new coolant reservoir @$190 and there was nothing wrong with it, the mechanic was overfilling it above the overflow spout, which made the coolant overflow. Also told I needed to replace a belt, but you now have 0 credibility. I was given an estimate of $1209 for things that were not needed, or way overpriced. Whatever happened to doing business honestly? Had they been honest, I would have come back again and again, after all, its a 2008 Chevy which would need regular care. Will NEVER bring it to ANY Midas shop.

Make sure the mechanics are actually experienced and wear clean gloves. The panels on the headliner are "clip in" and they arent even placed correctly. As a mechanic myself I highly dissapprove of nepotism because it sours the work the business does. I will be posting the work pics on google. Its terrifying that this place is even open. I replaced the sunroof myself, I know what good work looks like.

Standard oil change completed. However, car leaked all the oil a couple days after the service. Had vehicle towed back over to Midas. They said the seal they installed was defective. They did however take care of the issue right then and took care of my next oil change.

Every time I visit this location Pete and his crew always have been providing excellent customer service and knowledgeable about what to do and not to do for my car. I don't worry about the time because I make sure I have enough time for them to take care of my vehicle. They are always on time anyways. I've been visiting them for more than a year now. Thursday I stop by to have a look over of my car for a noise on start up. The manager and the mechanic talked to me and advised to bring my car in the following day for a Compression / Diagnostic test. I drove my Saturn Vue into this location Friday 9/14
