Didn't put washer fluid in vehicle when they marked it was low. They didn't put enough oil in the car. When I checked the dip stick it showed I was low on oil. Tried to upsell me on air filter 3X what I can purchase it for myself.

Unscheduled appointment. Window regulator broke. They had the part and installed in very good time.
There were only 3 people working at the time. The guy behind the counter kept making excuses about parts and products. Not just to me but even other customers. The two people working on the vehicles coming in and in the bay need to stay focused and work on what's first. It just seemed chaotic. I waited an extra 1 hour and 30 minutes just for my car to be fixed.

Someone was there to help me keep my appointment and I did not have to wait. Another procedure was recommended and the person at the front desk let me know immediately and told me how much it would be. He also offered me coffee since I was waiting for my vehicle.

The staff is really friendly and I have the idea that everybody working there is very professional. Overall the visit was great but if I can make a criticism: charging an extra fee to use the credit card is really down turning. Almost at the point that I will think about making any major repair/maintenance at Midas because I will get charged extra money when I pay. As if the money I'm paying are not enough for Midas to cover the 3% expenses for the credit card. Hope something is going to change and I'm in a way or the other it will.

Just a better price on labor warranty for Midas parts. Customer should be protected on warranty items for life and not over charge on labor.

Management and employees need to communicate better. Vehicle was promised at a certain time frame and failed to do so. The closest Midas to me is on N. Nellis. I had a bad experience with this shop when they misdiagnosed a problem with my Chrysler. I knew they were wrong but they started arguing with me. What they diagnosed as bad struts was simply bushings in the steering
