Was told I needed $4500 worth of work done. I wanted a second opinion because I wasn’t feeling any issues. Went to the manufacturer dealership & was told only 1 thing needed to be at a tune of $3500k cheaper. Adjuster came out & looked over what was needed as it was under warranty. I was all most basically robbed. I will make sure everyone I know will not use midas
I did want them to look at the check engine light issue. The light went off before the appointment.
I needed to get a NYS inspection and the process was very fast and thorough. I was happy with the amount of time it took and satisfied with the results.
I've always taken my car to Midas for repairs and inspections. The staff are always very friendly and explain everything to me. They've even taken pictures to I can see what the problem is.While I was there this last time, a man came in and asked if they did welding. He had his piece welded by the staff and they didn't charge him anything. That's what I call Great Customer Service.

Very quick service without an appointment, associate came to at close location jumped my battery so I could get to the store. The associate determined my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I was across the street when vehicle broke down and had no idea how I’d get across to them. I was in and out of service center in under 1/2 hour and most of the wait was for 5he battery delivery.
I always take my truck to whichever Midas John Burns is working at. He is a wonderful manager and always treats me well and takes care of my problems. In this care my inspection was done in just about an hour. In the past I have gotten oil changes, brakes, and an exhaust system repair from Midas and they were all very well done.
It was a standard purchase and installation that your company is offering. It isn't something that they have to go above and beyond to do.

The people there were not very friendly and the personnel were NOT VERY CLEAN. It was a Real Turn Off. I have Never been to a garage where I didn’t want to have a mechanic in my car. It was like the mechanic had been routing in and pig pen and dried off. Most mechanics I have represented their selves in a cleanly manner. Not that one and the Bathroom was Disgusting and it was like they didn’t care. I have Never been in a Midas like that one. There use to be a John there and you Never saw that place like that. I will do business there again.

When someone schedules an appointment the service should be done within that appointment time. If it cannot be done in that time then there should be clear communication as to why it won’t be.

I like the fact that they go over the vehicle and look at it as they're rotating the tires or whatever and if the brakes are bad they come and tell me I have no problem with that and very satisfied with the way Midas handles my vehicle

In all the times we’ve gotten our oil changed none of the other places have checked or said the air filters needed to be changed. This tech did and they definitely made a difference! Plus the wait time was substantially less than other places and the price including the oil filters was less than the last oil change at Firestone!

My vehicles glove box was left unattached with the latches/plugs left out. Contents of my glove box were all over the floor of my car after they checked my cabin filter. UNACCEPTABLE!Additionally, they never reset my oil light!! WTH kind of service station is this??? Billy (MGR) was upfront with everything. We both looked at my on-line appointment at the same time. He got my vehicle in quickly. I don't blame Midas for the expense incurred. It was just MORE expensive than I expected and he will ease showed my why. He also gave me a break on the 3rd time working on my A/C.
Talked to Billy the manager for my scheduled time and while I was there waiting for my truck to get done only 45 minutes I also scheduled for Monday morning an appointment for another car. Close by friendly Searvice good price what’s not to like

I really needed to get my car serviced before we were about to travel down to North Carolina in three days for the holidays after I had some urgent brake issues. I was worried about getting it fixed in time, especially since I only have one car, and had twin toddlers at home. They literally came and picked up my car so that I didn’t have to bring my twins to the store. I would’ve had to called an Uber once I got there and loaded into car seats and it would’ve been a pain. The fact that they came and picked up my car and then dropped it off was worth every penny I paid. He was very fair with pricing, and even made sure not to double stack on certain labor charges . He seemed very honest and upfront about what he was doing with my car and I would 100% use the service again.

Alternator parts very expensive and changed without letting me know about the price. So the price didn't discuss with me before doing the work. I charged approximately $900 for Alternator parts since it costs between $120 to $300So this very expensive work.
