Went in for an oil change. Changed my oil quickly. Afterwards I was Told they didn’t top off my fluids because my fluids were dirty. I was Then told I needed Tires, which I could tell, but they told me I had the cheapest tires from Walmart… I informed them the last tires I got was from a Midas. Then was told i had an oil leak and that I needed New shocks. I felt Like at this point I was Being taken advantage of… I was a woman by myself. Then after I left I called To confirm that they did indeed top off my fluids and he said no and that it would be 200$ per fluid to drain and refill. At this point I knew I was Being up charged. That has NEVER happened to me during an oil change. Now my fluids are all low because I refuse To go back to a place where I felt Like I was Being taken advantage of. I left A Google review and they responded immediately saying if I came Back they would top off my fluids…. Of course they would after I left A review. When I called He refused to top them off. I will Not be going back to Midas for my car services based off of how I was Treated.

I just wanted an oil change before a road trip. The misleading oil change sign got me to go in. My normal mechanic was unavailable .The upselling was nonstop .

Made an appointment day before so I wouldn’t have to wait. Arrived at time first thing and when I got there attendant said I would have to wait 2 hrs forr an oil change. I left and went somewhere else was in and out in 15 mins

It was quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and calm and I had no issue waiting because it was only about 25 mins. Perfect.

The employee overcharged me for an oil change. It was 70$ for a 2012 Hyundai Accent. He knew I came in based off a Groupon price and still charged me the full amount. Only offered me full synthetic and nothing else. He was very rude and unhelpful.

Stop scamming people

I was given the impression that rotors had a lifetime warranty. That was why I chose Midas over Mavis. Then it turned out just the pads had that warranty. Also the next day I found a lug nut in my driveway--not too thorough I guess.

I was informed in detail of the issues found with my car and shown physically the problems. Nasir was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and explained very clearly.the showroom was very clean and comfortable.

140 dollars for 5 quarts of oil is no where close to the Groupon offer of $35 that brought me to Midas. I view this as bait and switch.

It was very expensive

The manager communicated clearly, was prompt with checking me in, and had a clear waiting room with snacks and television while I waited.

Nasser was so nice and calming. Very helpful in every way to make this bad experience of my mishap into a pleasant one. The car feels great after the alignment and new tires. He said the rim repair was 100% repaired and that it doesn’t always come out that way.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and available exactly when I needed it. Prices were competitive and the service was finished when promised.

There are thieves running this shop.You are conned into believing you need alll this work done.Show you worn out parts/tires that were not on your car.

I felt that most of the repairs were pushed upon me when they said my car had failed the inspection. I could not understand how ALL of these deficiencies occurred within the prior 12 mos when my car passed inspection only 12 mos ago and I only put 8,000 miles total on the car during that time. ~ But my car was being held hostage, so I had NO choice.

The guy pushing me get my car and the job was incomplete. The worse experience ever.

Need to work on customer service-for example not screaming at customers when they ask questions, not treating them like they are stupid and telling them they are stupid, not smoke in peoples cars, not tell people they are required to leave a cash deposit with no set price (which is illegal) and not tell customers they can’t take their car (which is also illegal).

The manager used bullying tactics when he spoke to me. "What do you mean, you don't have $400?" Sheesh

As I said earlier the pricing quote was outrageously expensive. I left and got the same work done for almost half the price. That’s criminal

Don't surprise me with a bill for additional quart of oil for $18 when car takes 5 quarts with filter and yiu disseptingly charge add on at bill time without prior.knowledge you can't fit 6 quarts in a car that takes 5. This is a deceitful practice

I went in for a full Synthetic oil Change. The service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful but the problem is that he is 100% dishonorable and dishonest despite his fake friendly helpful demeanor. The $100 oil change became a $4,500.00 fake estimate for additional unnecessary work. I went to another shop to get a second opinion and verification of his recommended work. He specifically said the air and cabin filters were completely filthy ($100), struts, stabilizers, shocks were trash ($2500.00), all brakes and rotors were trash ($1,000.00), all fluids were filthy ($500.00) and potentially an additional tune up which was literally 1000.00s more. I took to another shop and they showed me the filters were clean, the fluids (transmission and brake) were clean. Only the coolant should be flushed and changed. The struts, shocks, stabilizer, etc were completely fine. I was outraged by the complete dishonesty and upset of this "nice and helpful" service manager.

The man working the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Yelled at me for giving my boyfriends number instead of mine. Proceeded to tell me he doesn’t understand how I drive the car cause it’s an older model … I said it drives okay to me his response was “yeah well maybe to someone like you” I’m not really sure what that was supposed to mean.

Brought van in for NYS Inspection and Oil Change. Simple right? I was called up and was told I need new brake rotors and pads. My steering fluid and collate needs to be flushed and changed, and my cabin filter needs to be changed. I’ve read reviews about how this location try’s to not only upsell you but tells you things that you don’t even need. I was skeptical before but now i totally believe it. Shame on you! I will never come back or recommend this place ever again. It’s a real crime. Now I understand why it was busy.

This was the first time when I took the car to Midas for the oil change. Technician told me quite a number of things which needed to be fixed or replaced. It was quite shocking to me as I normally take the car to the dealership and never heard about so much stuff to be replaced or fixed whether it was filters, fluid change or spark plugs replacement. Being a non-technician, we have to rely upon what the expert is saying in this case Midas professional. Just not too sure when we walk into these service stations for something minor and come out lot more in terms of work and expense.

I should have been told when I made reservation that they don’t have a NYS inspection machine at the location. I would have gone somewhere else.

If I’m waiting for an oil change assume I’m in a hurry. It shouldn’t take nearly two hours. Don’t try to sell me everything in the store.

Poor communication! Told will call back at 12 with when itvwill be ready, no call. Called told be ready by 2:30 . 2:30 tires still off bot ready when i went there

"For me, this Midas was a blessing in disguise. Travelled from all way North, Canada. Left my car at a relative's place to fly out East. Returned to a broken brake line owing to rust. Felt stranded and helpless. Had to travel back home to Canada. After a few calls to different places Saturday late hour, all service stores laughed and hung up on my face asking to return Monday! Would miss a day's work myself. Midas agreed to help. They stayed back to look at my car, find the issue, provide me options and committed to getting me on my way to Canada by Monday lunch. Well, they exceeded my expectation by completing work before noon and I was on my way to Canada. Also gave me a fantastic deal. Did I forget to mention that I was driving a high end car, a Range Rover? Well, important to mention as those cars are usually $999 minimum to touch. And they did brake line fix under $500. I came in with no appointment for a oil change. There was no wait. They explained to me how much it was gonna cost up front and were able to take my truck in right away. I was in & out of the shop within 40 minutes for an oil change. Visit was perfect!

Not have my vehicle for two hours then call and tell me I have an oil leak because of a seal that was broken by your machanic then in turn try to make me pay for the mistake this was the most unprofessional establishment I've been to they tried to bamboozle me out of an insane amount of money and in highly unsatisfied I will never return or recommend any of my many friends as well!!!!!

I went in to this location recently to get my car horn. The main guy there (Ed) was extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure that my car?s horn wouldn?t have the same problem again and even applied a 40 dollar coupon at the end. I cannot recommend this
