Dave was not there this time but he helped me the first time I came into Midas and he's fantastic- I witnessed a customer asking him to check this check that after the initial oil change was done and he just helped him and was pleasant , I probably would have been frustrated with this guy because there were other customers waiting and every time Dave told him about what he looked at the guy would ask him to look at something else-Dave did even though the guy never had him fix anything else-He's a saint! We have been taking our vehicles to Midas on Thompson Road for a great many years. We like dealing with Dave. When he moved to the Liverpool location we followed him there because we know we can rely on him. It is further away from our home, but we prefer dealing with Dave, so we don't mind the extra miles.

Making an appointment online was easy followed up by a confirmation email. I was able to drop my vehicle off before working hours and place my keys in a secure dropbox. I spoke with Tom and he assured me that dropping off my car was safe. I requested my car be finished by 11:30 that morning and when I came to pick it up, it was ready to go! I only needed an inspection but I will definitely be back for other service on my vehicle such as tires and oil change. It’s a bonus that this location as close to where I work.

I have been going to this location for years, your manager is amazing and always has been. When I ask question he will explain fully to me and makes sure I understand the answer. He does NOT try to over sell or over service my car. I have sent many people to this location and they too could not believe his honesty. Listen car stuff happen, but most important to me is I have someone I trust fully when I need a repair or have even stopped by if I have a question. Also when he says 1 1/2 hour, it is that, not 3 hours.

Friendly, easy service. Made an online appointment for an oil change and inspection. When they called me about what kind of oil to use they told me my inspection was up. I told the person on the phone that I had requested an inspection as part of the online appointment and he said that it didn't come through. It was completed quickly after the mix up which I appreciated.

Complete full service- specifically tire rotation during oil change service. The short-staff is challenging, however I could see the two guys working that day were trying their best. People kept walking in with appointments so they didn't want to turn them away. Understandable. Hiring more staff would benefit both customer and employees.

Samw as before: great work. THIS time I was on the highway heading to the woods for close to the last day of time off for deer hunting. I'd passed Lafayette when grind scrape grind says my left front wheel. Bearing is bad. Dunwanna be on one of those unplowed seasonal roads and have it really go bad. Really dunwanna be on 81 nor anywhere and it snap. So, called the Rt 57 Midas and David said bring it in. Took a while but it's fixed, was able to drive it to hunt the next day.

We have brought our vehicles to Dave at Midas for years. We followed him when he changed to the Liverpool store. We have always received the best service from the Midas stores. I wouldn?t even think of bringing our vehicles to anyone else.
