He promptly but politely informed the caller that he was assisting another customer and he would need to put her on hold, but would promptly resume the call once he checked me in. During my visit, Tat kept me updated throughout the process and I was out of there in a timely manner and off to do the remainder of my errands for the rest of the day. I wish I had known about this location since I had taken another car for an oil change to a different company (closer but much more expensive, with a lot less friendly of service).

The technician (Iman) was waiting when I brought my car in for the scheduled appointment. Not only did he diagnose the problem correctly on the spot, he also corrected the problem within an hour of diagnosing it. Plus, he thoroughly inspected my car and identified other areas I should address. I should also mention that the front desk advisor (Eddie?) did a great job of sourcing and pricing the parts and labor I'll need for my next repair. Prices are reasonable. Not surprisingly, this store has great expertise on exhausts, but also more suprisingly, knows my (unusual) older car pretty well.
