I needed my car fixed while I waited and needed to return to work. The job was done and I was back at work. All was good.

The person at the counter was pleasant and competent. The person mumbling behind him was a little grumpy. The “Click here for appointment “ feature on the website is only good if you respond in the promised time frame …. “30 business minutes “I was supposed to get an email with my inspection report. I didn’t.
I went in for an oil change with a fleet car. I use this shop all the time. I left and felt like I had a flat. I then realized that there was something wrong with my tire. I went back to the shop and my front passenger tire was missing a lug nut and the other lug nuts were not tightened.
I had an appointment for 7:30. I was there until 11:00 AM. Synthetic oil change. Found a slew of things- I opted in to replace the two air filters but waited until 10:45 for them to arrive when I was told storage/warehouse was 10 minutes away. Ok things happen. I opted in to replace the valve stem cover due to leak in spark plugs. Ok. Young mechanic left my car soiled from his hands and shoes. Upon leaving and driving, I saw the clock was wrong and all radio stations unprogrammed. They forgot to inform me. Next, I’m driving and it’s vibrating. I had no such vibration prior to going to this Nanuet Midas. Saturday my car was stalling. Why was the battery touched? Why now the idle was effected. Seems to me young mechanic doesn’t know everything yet. How dare the managers be so careless. They should be in the bays checking the work.

When I ask them why they said it is like a dentist office you have to wait. I did not michanics when to doctoral school. Thus is inexcusable and poor customer service. If I did this in my business I would be fired. The way I was talked to was not appropriate at all. I will never go back again.

Unfortunately my radiator was in bad conditions to drive and you place was the closest to me, but they don't finish the car at the time, they promised and the job was overpriced. I work with cars too and this job could be done with 70% of the price I payed.
I went to several places that morning hoping to get an inspection. Only midas could accommodate my car. They were efficient, curious, and even recommended I get my car washed asap due to tree sap. I was very excited to get to work with an inspected and washed car that day! Thank you.
As I stated in my google review I stopped in to get a NYS inspection and I was in and out in less than 20mins. All other shops I stopped at before Midas were all “too busy” to inspect my brand new truck. Well I was expecting the same at Midas but I was very surprised to hear that they could get me in and out quick, which made me very happy when I am taking the time to write this review as you all deserve it.

Did not receive phone call when vehicle was ready. Also, when I placed the appointment online I had a coupon attached for my service and the cashier did not notice that nor offer it to me even though it is clearly advertised on the website.

While waiting for my service, i noticed that the tire rotation was only done on one side of the vehicle. I brought this to attention to the service tech. He then told me that the rotation was completed, I do not like being lied to. I clearly marked the tires myself. the marks was on the front tire, one was rotated to the rear and the other was not. This has happened to me once before, from Midas, where i was told the rotation was completed when it was not.

I purchased a $79 oil change & tire change I gave the mgr. a $20 coupon I was charged $79I asked to have the spare rotated in I was charged an extra $24.99 I was told the car was ready I paid the total not only was the spare not rotated in the tires were never rotated, I showed the mgr. that the spare was not rotated in he refunded the $24,99. When I got home I looked at the tires and the wheel on the front passenger side was in the same place it was prior to the visit to Midas on Rt. 59 Nanuet NY. i went there with a coupon for oil change. It was $24.95 for synthetic oil change, I ended up paying almost $65. I was supposed to get wheel alignment too but I doubt I got it. I was so disappointed that I was charged almost $40 more
I dropped my car off. I received a call with what was wrong and gave my permission for work to be done. I was told I would receive a call when it was done. I did not. I had to call back later in the day.
Luckily came in for an oil change before my trip to Virginia. Thankfully they found out my oil filter was rusted and they got it changed in a very timely manner. Again I didn't set up an appointment so I’m very thankful for the fast day of service. This is my go to Midas in the Rockland area. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 730AM and was greeted by Don who wrote up my service request to check out an exhaust odor, power steering fluid leak and air leak in a rear tire.Turned out to be a leaky gasket in my exhaust system, a damaged steering rack and a nail was found in my tire......All was repaired that day and I was on my way in a few hours.

Terrible. They replaced O2 sensor and the check engine light kept coming back on. They replaced a wiring harness to no avail and I paid. They had no idea how to solve the problem. They had absolutely no sense of urgency in getting this resolved. Car was tied up fr a total of two weeks before I gave up and took it to a good mechanic who had it fixed the next day.
