I have been using Midas on Rte 11 N Syracuse, NY for a few years now. Never have had a negative experience. Very personable and pleasant owner/manager- Mike. He never sells you anything that you don't need. Availability is another great example of satisfaction. I recommend this facility to friends and family. My technician Matt drew a diagram and explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I have an old vehicle but it is in great shape. The windshield wipers were not working. The repair was done in less time than the estimate said, so the labor did not cost quite as much as he thought. Great! I was in and out in 1 and1/2 hours. I’ve been going here a long time and Mike and the staff are great.

The pricing is always fair and they will make recommendations as to what you should consider having repaired in the near future. really caring people. only trouble I had was I had a scheduled appointment at 11 am and didnt get out until 3 pm. i understand they were busy but I could have had someone pick me up and leave the van had I known it would have been that long.
The manager Mike is great! His guys do a great job. We bring both our Camry's here and are confident they know what they're doing. While sitting in the waiting area I have heard many other people speak very highly of Mike and his guys.
