I was experiencing muffler noise from my Ford e150 passenger van & decided to give Midas a call in hopes they could take a look & give me a diagnosis. Tom, who was super helpful & friendly - both on the phone & in person - said to bring the van in that morning. I was surprised I was able to get in that quickly. Once arriving at my scheduled time, my van was taken in & evaluated. Tom relayed to me what the issue was & that it could be repaired relatively easily. I thanked him for his honesty & eagerly asked when the repair could be performed. Tom said, 'right now'. I was shocked, thinking 'really? now? I won't have to schedule an appointment for the repair?' If there are additional services they feel necessary, they always explain thoroughly and make sure I'm ok with them performing them. Prices are competetive and I know the job will be well done at a price I can afford. In the many years I've been taking my cars to this Midas, I am always satisfied with the service and with the way they treat me - with respect.
All though I was given a ride home, it took Midas all day to fix my car. I didn't get the car back until after 5pm.
A 2nd opinion of replacing my exhaust saved me $250. Midas estimate was $991, and I had the work done elsewhere for $725.

The Midas team DOES IT AGAIN! My girlfriend took in car in for a 45k mile Audi check-in as she as a state inspection next month. Tim looked up the procedure, things to do, and talked it over with her. Turns our other than just rotating tires, nothing else needed to be done with the car; we just had the oil changed a month ago. On line scheduling was easy and service was completed on time. I had a problem develop with my second vehicle while the first one was being serviced and they helped me by doing a diagnosis on it even though I didn’t have it scheduled.
They were short staffed. The wait was more than I expected. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and informative.
The service guys went above and beyond reviewing my vehicle and going over the issues we thought we were having and reassured us there was nothing wrong and then went over what the believed to be the cause of the sound and issue we described.

set up appointment a week in advance, so all parts should have been there. rotors did not fit, had to wait almost 3 hrs for an appointment that I was told would be about 1 1/2 hrs to complete. also the price increased 30 dollars more than I was told I would pay. this is wrong!!!

I came to you people mainly because of one of your mechanics. One of my lifelong best friends passed last fall. He was a mechanic since the late sixties. I had been bringing my families' vehicles to him since then, which included my wife's, my daughters', my sisters whole family of 6 vehicles, my parents two vehicles and many friends' vehicles as well. I could never trust anyone else, because he hired two other buddies that were just as good for the last 25 years! After he passed, the youngest of the two others also passed 2 weeks later. Both were from Covid. The 3rd mechanic could not keep the shop running by himself and ended up retiring. The only other person that popped into discussion was Ian Pratt that works @ your Midas shop!! So here I am on bent knee having him do all of our work!! Don't ever let him go! He is one of your best assets!!!!!!
Tires were rotated. Front tire pressure is suppose to be 35, rear tires 32. Front are 33 and back are 35. (I'm referring to cold temp pressure)I shouldn't have to fix it myself, but I will.

The gentleman at the desk (Tim) is very friendly and explains things to me. I like that they call me by my first name. The techs are also very nice and seem to keep busy all the time. I've been coming to Midas for years and feel very comfortable here.
The work was performed quickly and expertly. The staff always treats me with courtesy and respoect. Even tho I freely admit that I know nothing about my car except how to put gas and wiper fluid in it, I never feel taken advantage of - I trust them completely with all aspects of my car's maintenance.
