They took care of me in a timely manner. i was happy with the service that i received.
I had to have my car towed to Midas and then they had to order a part that did not arrive until the next day. However, the repair was not completed until the next day. I was never given specific information on when the part arrived and/or why the work wasn't completed until the following day.

Frank was able to get me in later in the afternoon which worked out great for me, he did not make me feel as though I was disrupting there time. Arrived at the store and, per usual, everyone was smiling and friendly! And a bonus, I appreciated the fact that the TV was on a station called Happy tv, full of good things, animals and babies! Hello I brought my car in for a lug nut. I snapped off while trying to remove a tire. Your text were the last ones to install a set of tires on my car and cross threaded the lug nut so in my opinion, your company was responsible for the damage done. I believe the $88 I was charged to replace one Lug nut stud was excessive when you created the problem.

An entire day was wasted of our car sitting at the location, without telling us that the mechanic who was to work on it had not come into work that day (the day we were scheduled). We should have been notified as soon as they realized they had no one to work on it that day.

Didn't get a call when completed.
I had several items to be done (oil change) and asked that the antifreeze be checked and replaced if needed and I asked that the brakes be checked. I received a text message with an estimate of repairs and spoke with the service manage who explained what was needed and why, along with the price. He estimated the time for the repairs and the car was ready when promised. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've been to this Midas before and have found them t provide great service, reasonable prices and to have a good sense of humor!

While driving, my daughter heard a metal scraping noise coming from one of her wheels. The Saratoga Springs Midas had her in and diagnosed within the hour.The brake work was completed on her car before closing time and she was on her way.

Don't let your service technicians mess with people's vehicle when doing an inspection. I had no service lights when I arrived and after the inspection was done . I got in my vehicle and the check engine light was on.

I scheduled an appointment in person for the following day, and when I went in on the day of the appointment, they said I was not in the computer. I had a ride set up and everything… So it was a bit frustrating and inconvenient. However, they did get me in the next day. The employees told me they had just put in a new computer system, so things may have gotten confused. Other than that the service I received was very good.

The last time I was here, I was told that there was an issue with my ball joints. Since that time, all of the ball joints have been replaced and again I was told that there was an issue with my ball joint. I went back to my regular mechanic and was told that this was incorrect.
The flow of service was very efficient from making the appointment, to getting the job done and picking up my car. During minimal wait time, the atmosphere was comfortable, and welcoming. Little things like the coffee and music/ tv in the lobby made it feel like the customer’s comfort is valued. Tina delivered upbeat personalized service like a champ during an extremely busy inspection day, and represented the mechanics/ staff behind the scenes in a positive light, with a genuine aim to please. I've been using Midas for years because of their great service. This was my first time at the Saratoga Springs location and I am so happy with my experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were efficient and had my car ready a lot sooner than expected. I'll definitely be using that location from now on.
I was able to schedule the appointment ahead of time and have the maintenance done accordingly. As a working mom I found the drop off and pick up during my lunch break very convinient. I received a call with additional service suggessions and my wait at Midas was not necessary.
I had a slow leak in one of my tires and they were able to find the leak and fix it in less than an hour. Everyone was extremely friendly, and kept me updated during the entire visit. The fact that a tire repair was free was literally the best part of my day!
