I would like a refund of the repair done. The car was running worse afterwards so I took it to a specialist to analyze the repair and they brought to my attention that the repair was not done well and the pressure hose that was replaced was leaking.

The location was swamped with customers, yet they were able to move things around to accommodate my appointment. Everything I needed was explained. I was hoping just to replace the pads, when I was shown the damage to the rotors, and explained the importance of changing all of them, I knew that it was much safer to spend the money now and have peace of mind. Even the wait was enjoyable. The waiting area was full of conversation and inviting.
The associates were very friendly and and explained everything. Kept me informed of the progress as they work on the car. I was impress with the friendliness if the staff to customers to other customers as I observed from sitting in the waiting room.

Midas - made an appointment online for a state inspection. In hind sight, I should have schedule it early. They were nice but it was busy. I definitely recommend making an appointment online. People like to come in out in randomly. you can leave you car too. There is not approximate of how long it takes to fix

I called your comments #, talked to a woman who had a loud child on her lap. I finally asked her to move the kid, as I couldn't understand what she was saying over the child's noise. Phone call ended when the child made a loud noise, and I was disconnected.I was told someone would call me back within 72 hours. You've got until noon today.

Accepted vehicle immediately, said I could leave it overnight, called in the morning saying it was done surprisingly quickly so they mustve gotten to my car 1st.

My car failed to restarts after filling it with gas at a local gas station. After attempting to jump it is knew it was starter that was bad. Called Midas and they said they could complete the work there . Car was towed there and new starter was installed and ready within 2 1/2 hrs.They were able to take deliver of the car from the tow and I only had to go there to pick up finished car. Kevin (?) Was clear and helpful on the phone and in person and they entire process worked out beautifully from start to finish. Those guys there are great!!!

Nothing against your crew here. It’s your average repair shop, didn’t give be the best feeling going in but the staff did not try to pull anything over, or do any work without consent. They noted the problems efficiently, it was average.

Don’t lie to customers. I came in for a simple inspection, and my car is in great shape. I was told I had a bad tire rod which seemed incorrect so I was charged $21 for an inspection that was failed, and when I brought it to another dealership, they said there was nothing wrong with the tire rods. The associate was trying to get me to pay for services that obviously this is wrong, but I also find it comical that there is a big placard in the front of the store stating the values you have of treating customers well. I will never be doing business with Midas ever again, and I will be sure to let my friends know not to go here ever again, either. This is theft.
The service provided was good, but charging over 80$ for an oil change is sheer insanity. Unless prices drop I have to look for other options. The price for the other service was rather high as well.

I might try a different location to see how that goes. They tried to tell me I needed a wheel balance with my tire rotation. I am 45 and have been driving since I was 16. I know that a balance is only needed with new tires and not a rotation. I also have a brand new car so a balance should not be needed, it also took 2 hours for an oil change which normally takes 15 mins.

i have regularly had my vehicles serviced at midas and rarely been been disapointed.
I expected that Midas, being a large chain, would be prohibitively expensive and difficult to work with, but the mechanic was very knowledgable, took me to the car and showed me what the problem was and explained it clearly, and the total I paid for the work was extremely reasonable.
Tech was smoking 🚬 a cigarette while doing my oil change and tire rotation. The other guy was not wearing protective Eyewear and I saw multiple signs stating that there needed to be protective Eyewear beyond this point.
The cover under the front of the car was not properly put back in place and fell forward while driving. Had to stop, check what the noise was and then when I grabbed it, it came all the way off. No screws or anything to hold it in place. I have not yet called to have it replaced so they do not know about it at this time but I'm assuming they'll do what is right and just secure it back in place

I have been a customer at this Katz Midas location for 2.5 years, and a Midas customer at other local locations for almost 5 years. This location is closer to my residence, and I am often given good insights into maintaining my MY 2001 car as it gets higher in mileage.
I was given a straightforward time frame for service, price was as promised and customer service was great.
Shop was efficient, got the job done in about an hour, charged a reasonable price for the service, left the car driving better than when it pulled in.

I was gonna have to come back cause I had no enough time to get new tires, and Kevin went out of his way to make sure I was being taken care of within my time frame. They took care of me in no time. Took two cars for oil change. Overall it was good service, although the promised topping up of fluids clearly did not happen. The windshield washer tank in my Kia Soul is bone dry. On the Kia I could not open the hood after the appointment, but upon return to Midas it was fixed right away.Biggest drawback and most likely reason I will go somewhere else is the obnoxious price for an oil change. 80 Dollars is insane! And lately the coupons are rare and not particularly useful. No wonder that most of the bays were empty.
