Need exterminator on-site. Major rat or squirrel problem in ceiling. People waiting were afraid ceiling tiles would fall through or a critter would come through holes in ceiling tiles

My appointment was timely and my wait was short. John had set up a plan to call when my tires arrived at the shop and then we set up the appointment to have them mounted and the oil changed, He was aware that I would be waiting for the work to be complete which I felt was very reasonable.

Because there is five workers three of them stood around and watched one guy take three hrs to change 4 tires and do an alignment the guy changing my tires looked like he had no idea what he was doing
I had the front and rear differential seals replaced along with the front control arms and axle seals replaced. The parts and service were clearly explained to me, from what needed done and the parts they needed to why it needed done.

They need to put a phone charger station.Have some bug spray for bathroom .females do it use as well .alot nets in the bathrooms or call pest control.other than that nice staff.very helpful.

Called and set up an appointment that worked for me, both time and day. Dropped the car off and went to breakfast until I received a text that my car was ready.

10:00 appt, didn't take my car from the lot until 10:45. Disappointed I had to wait over 90 min for an estimate. But the estimate is very thorough and clear as to what needs done.

I visited Midas to replace a stolen catalytic converter. While my insurance company took an entire month to pay on the claim, the staff was understanding and patient. They never complained as my vehicle sat in their shop for this extended amount of time. As soon as the funds became available from insurance, Midas repaired my vehicle the same day, immediately upon request. They truly made it easy to deal with a frustrating situation. I got the standard oil change with rotations etc and now my car drives with light noices.it’s a scrub when I turn sometimes,followed by a small click, also my brakes roar when I stop like I need brake pads and I have had a separate service to check that months before my last service on 2/23/23 and both times the agent said it was fine now the roaring had grown louder as I stop after the tire rotation and I can back the next day 2/24/23 and he yet again said it’s find. I instantly notice it because it’s my vehicle and I been driving it since brand new.the service is friendly but I think they need a more sensitive diagnostic persons because I’d your cars isn’t at its worst condition than they can’t find it until it start making sensors go off.
Performed oil change and tire rotation, thought front pads and rotor needed replaced & i explained i did as only keeping until market became better to buy & told him to just do pads because rotors weren’t that bad & no pressure & just st did work

The oil change was scheduled and done in a timely matter. I had a tire which kept losing air, they could not find a leak but they broke the tire down and cleaned up the rim, no more leaking

I've always loved Midas. The service of the staff and managers is just unparalleled compared to other places who act like I'm the idiot for not knowing about cars. It must be news to them that car service places exist solely because not everyone knows about cars. But Midas clearly respects that and is just *chefs kiss* exceptional.

I developed an unexpected issue with my brakes late on a Saturday afternoon. Despite the late time of the day on a weekend, Midas was able to get the parts and get me back on the road same day!

The service manager Leon was cheerful and helpful as always. Check in was great, they got to the car quickly, the inspection was thorough. It took a while longer after they had finished the the car to give an estimate, and then took almost 40 mins to get around to printing my receipt and checking me out. what should have been 20-30 mins ended up being an hour and a half.
No fault on Midas or employee's, they did a great job on my car, an yes I wish it wouldn't of took long at all but it takes time .Next time I hope I don't have to wait, I will be able to drop off.My car drives like a dream, I am very satified they got me in an I didn't have to wait two or three days to get the work done. The manager was going to charge me $50 for a bulb replacement for my headlight. I called up to autozone they told me all I had to do was buy the $14 bulb and they’ll replace it for free. That man thought just because I’m a woman he can get over on me. I’ll never come back to that location. That was ridiculous.
Staff was not courteous or friendly rather kinda rude and they hot Roded my car in and out of the shop and worked on 2 other vehicles while working on mine made the process longer than what it should of been didn't try to offer me an incentive for a return visit like they didn't care about me

The mechanic did not cover my seat and after he drove it into the shop and out my drivers seat was filthy. It was rubbing off on my hands. John the manager got some cleaner out to clean it as best he could. It was better but not clean like when I drove it there. I took my Mercury Mariner Hybrid suv in to check out my brakes, as they have had to replace the rotors three times in less than 100k miles. I was told my brakes were great, but needed 1 new ball joint and 1 outer Tie Rod end, and a front-end alignment. They did those and car was also cured of what sounded like a low power steering pump reservoir, but my suv is electric steering and doesn't have hydraulics. Ford quoted me $1400 to replace, turned out to be the ball joint
