As I said, I thought my oil was getting changed. When my car had been in the bay an hour and I got the inspection text, realizing my paid service hadn’t even begun, I realized I won’t be back to any Midas for quite a few years, if that.

I woukd never return to the Chillicothe location after my experience and woukd never recommend that facility to anyone. If I hadn't been in desperate need of repairs I would of left after your associate was so rude. Especially after being charged and additional $60 over the already high price. I bet a man wouldn't of been treated the same. Afterwards I heard there are a lot of complaints about the high prices charged at that facility. The charge of $150 per hour seems totally excessive for this repair and is above the business standard. Shame on your business for taking advantage of an elderly person on disability. I very never been talked down like that before by trying to ask questions.
they asked if I wanted my tires rotated I said NO, they did it anyway. They turned my headlights from Auto to OFF, Why? I had my Automatic Transmission turned off, they turned it back on, Why? I brought in a coupon from the Midas website for a synthetic oil and received a standard oil change, Why? and was told about NONE of these things, WHY
They have a good Manager at the Chillicothe Bridge street location.

It just took an hour and a half longer than it was supposed to, plus I feel like it was more expensive than taking it to a regular body shop. But I was desperate.
I went in for an oil change and the first thing they did was top my fluids off and inspect my vehicle so that was awesome then they put my car up on the jack and take all 4 tires off for an oil change which should never happen. So that made me watch every move they made like a hawk because I knew they were up to trying to get me to pay more for other services in the end they told me I needed windshield wipers and a tire balance however the lady that was in there waiting on her vehicle said they were trying to charge her 193 to balance her tires and I told them just the oil change please. This made me not trust them to return so I will not be back.
Everyone as always at this Midas is very courteous and polite as well as knowledgeable about my vehicles. Will always take my vehicles to this Midas .

Came in to get my battery tested. And was shown I needed a new one. Was quoted price but did not know there was a 45 charge to put it in. Nor did I get a core return credit. And the "mandatory" inspection took a long time. Was expecting a quick in and out.
It didn’t take long to get an appointment scheduled. They sent me a good text message about all of my items that were wrong with my car and they allowed my car to sit an extra day on site. The guy that checked me out was friendly and knowledgeable, and he seemed to really like his job.
I love this location. The store manager is AWESOME!!!! And his team is great! I always feel like they do a great job. I always take my car here for everything!!!

For oil changes I think this is the best place to go. I am not convinced that to have other work done there is the best option. The prices are too high. For example the front brake pads are getting thin. I can have brake pads replaced for a lot less elsewhere

The employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable, and explained everything well. The service was quick, the lobby was clean and organized, and the environment was kid friendly and upbeat. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly and respectful and provided fantastic customer service. And the prices are fantastic for the service you get.
Technician forgot to reset the oil life gauge after the oil change. I brought this to the manager's attention before leaving, but I reset it myself. I had expressed to the manager when I checked in that I wanted the tire pressure left at 40 psi. However, upon driving the car to work the next day, the tire pressure indicator light came on. When I got back home, I checked the pressures, and none of them were on 40 psi. I don't understand why they were off so much, nothing was done to them that required changing the pressure. I have not related this issue to the manager as of yet, because they were closed when I got home yesterday evening.
Fast warranty work, dropped in with car and picked up 4 hours later. Did not need an appointment. Brake lines fixed and everything checked out. Didn't cost a dime. Perfect!

Arrival and drop off was fine. I brought my own Pennzoil synthetic high mileage oil and filter as my husband always wants. When I went back to get the vehicle, I paid them, all seemed well. Luckily, I only had to drive within my sight to pick up my husband from the Ohio Health office (one week post shoulder replacement appointment). So about 3 min after I left Midas my OIL light started dinging rapidly. I went straight back to Midas. At first, the manager seemed to think I was mistaken but then he realized the light was real and alarming. They pulled it back in and another garage employee came out to say "somehow the filter was double-gasketed". We will change the filter and "top you off" and get you going. Apparently they did not have the kind of oil we brough so they had to send for it - we waited over an hour. Finally we said - just put some kind of synthetic oil in there - we have had it. When we watched them put oil in it was a full 5 quarts from the big jug they poured from. We retraced my route when I had left the first time and found a massive oil trail all the way. Really? This was JUST an oil change. We will not be back.

First, I asked for a rotation and check the balance of the tires to see if they needed it. The guy said he would show me the tires when they were off the car and he didn’t. I don’t trust they even looked to see if they were off balance. They then put the wrong oil in the car and didn’t tell me until I asked why they put my car on the lift and drained the oil TWICE. I’m not an idiot and knew they were trying to pull something without even telling me. I came home and checked the oil to make sure they at least did the proper amount and realized they didn’t even tip off the washer fluid, so they lied on my receipt. I did it myself. I don’t trust the service and think they do short cuts hoping people won’t notice or are too lazy to speak up. Totally ridiculous and don’t like it when people hide things versus admitting their error.
Kyle is a wonderful manager. He explained everything thoroughly and detailed, and made me fully understand everything that I was getting done and I didn’t feel as if I was being scammed or taken advantage of, like I usually do.
The last three oil changes I have had I told the associate multiple times to rotate the tires. All three times I have came to pick it up and found that my tires were not rotated. I then had to wait for another 20 minutes each time. I have been a loyal customer for years and planned on buying my next set of tire from Midas but I think I'm going to look elsewhere now. I was never offered any type of compensation for my time spent waiting or any other remedy.

The guy was very friendly at check in and check out. However, no one communicated that they had stripped and broken my lug nuts. I discovered them on my own today. Now they do not match and will need replaced. Very unprofessional to find out that way and ruined what I thought was a good experience.

Belt tensioner and belt needed replaced. My car was there for over 3 hours before they looked at it and told me it needed the tensioner. The quote for the part was over 300% the original price. Along with the belt. Price gouging is not acceptable.

My brake lines had gone out on my car while 200 miles from home. Everyone at this location was super helpful! They had great information and went above and beyond to make sure i was safe. I certainly understand that the team was busy. And the manager said they we’re having a hard time with the online appointments that we’re showing up. I was an online appointment. I showed up a little after 3pm for my appointment. He said they were busy but should have my car “on the rack” in an hour. So I waited. More than two hours later they brought my car in. 2 hours and 45 min later I left, nearly missing day care pick up. If they can’t handle online appointments, turn it off or communicate better. I will not be back.
Kyle went to bat with my insurance company, standing up for the integrity of the job to ensure I received a warranty with the work. While my insurance wished for a junk radiator to be placed, Kyle worked to get them to agree to a new radiator. Once approved, the work was completed in an extremely timely manor. Great job!

I had a front end inspection done on my 2010 equinox that cost me 32 dollars . The associate informed me that the rack and pinion needed replaced and gave me an estimate to fix of 1200 dollars! I did not believe this was the issue due to the front end was making popping noises a lot while driving . I took the vehicle to another garage and two front sway links fixed the issue ,200 dollars total fixed the problem. I will not take any of my vehicles to Midas again . They already got me for 32 dollars to lie to me !
I have 7 vehicles I’ve been bringing to Midas for years . Always satisfied and great timely manner of service and the complete service . Hit a nail on the highway. Went to get it replaced. They said one new tire and alignment would be no longer than an hour and there was no line. It ended up costing me over $200 and took over two hours.
