I've been going to this location and also bringing my family to this location for many years now the mechanics are excellent very thuro and the service desk is very understanding and knowledgeable

I had taken my car to a mom and pop less then a block away, they told me I had a blown head gasket and would be unable to work on it for one reason or another. I brought my car to midas where i was told the repairs for a car not even worth 7k would be 22k. When told that was to high they found a used engine and brought that down to 14k. But they called within 20 minutes after seeing if they could even find one... twenty minutes? so you were gonna make me pay top dollar? When I picked up my car they told me they never even turned it on because it wouldn't and simply ran the codes. Codes which I wasn't provided the numbers on the issues simply the explained words. I'm frustrated.

The Galbraith & reading location in Cincinnati, OH is phenomenal. I couldn’t get i to my regular place for an oil change so I decided to the them out. Mr. Paul and the rest of the guys certainly exceeded my expectations. This will be my go to from now on:

Left lowbeam headlight replacement $30.00 part $355.00 taxes and labor quoted for 2 hours labor is excessive since I left without the work being performed and did the job myself at home in under 30 minutes.

"I had my shocks and struts replaced at this shop and my car has never been right since. I have had to go up and have my bolts ""re tighten"" 5 times. It is absolutely ridiculous when you pay that kind of money. And still my front end is no better than it was"

Was told my van needed over $1000 in new struts and shocks. 2nd opinion elsewhere said we needed no service at all. 3 weeks later and no problems. These guys are opportunistic predators. Stay away!

I brought my car in for an alignment was told it needed other repairs.Which the car does but this shop was way over priced.however I requested an oil change.I noticed the employee taking care of me had a sarcastic look on his face.I got the oil change they
