My service was fine but the next time I drove my car the check engine light came on.
The check in was easy and my car was brought back right away. After the inspection they told me about everything they found and asked what I wanted with no influencing one way or the other. The service was done in a reasonable time even with some difficulties they were facing (Internet failing, backed up customers, etc.) and the pricing was in line with what I expected.
Derek helped solved the problem with my tire that was not readily available anywhere. Then they quickly changed my new tire

There was issue with the Midas location on east galbraith Paul who lied on me in a conversation to the dealer rep Robby. Robbie told Paulbit was the brakes. After the dealer ship did their part- still had issues with my car. They said hey the brakes are find. Then few months-me not thinking about the brakes I started having issues again! The steering will was shaking hard , during fast speed and slow. I called the dealership-spokr with Robby and said yo me again- Kenni it's the brakes take it back to Midas. So I took my car to another location of Midas- Derek Davis was the bomb and the Tech Chip was able to detect the issue-and it was the rotors- bad rotors.I never felt so relieved about my life and other who drive on the road. I never want to be in accident based on brakes. Derek provided me the integrity base on Midas mission as a Manager and behind the quality 👌 of the work performed to keep me safe. I am appreciative of the service. Thank you

I brought my car in for regular scheduled maintenance including tire rotation. I was told that I also needed brakes and rods, but was not given the price when I asked. After service, a new rattling sound comes from the back of my car. I brought it back in for them to check and the problem was never resolved. It's loud enough that passengers comment on it. My new brakes make a grinding sound, and after getting my tires rotated and tire pressure checked, the tire pressure light is still lit on my Dash
I have been coming to Midas, preferably establishment for over (20) twenty years. They took care of an 89 Lincoln Town car and when that car was out of service, they took care of my present car 2005 Lexis (330), they have taken care of this one as well.

They charged $309 for a bulb that retails for $79. Replaced bulb without removing the bumper as they claimed. Replaced from inside engine block and charged 3 hours for 15 minutes of work
My UC daughter's car broke down in traffic on Thursday. It was towed to your store. I made an appointment on line for the next morning. I called when the store opened. Derek couldn't have been more helpful. He and your other employees had the car fixed in about four hours. We were in a bad spot, and Derek and the staff saved our day. That's customer service. To make it even better, I'm in Northeast Ohio, and Derek did all he could to take the worry out of our situation, and get my daughter back on the road. Lower the price of the work way to much for brake pads but how convenient that I could apply for a payment plan and get the work done like other people that were there and there is no way I would bring my vehicle back for a $1000 tuneup it cost $1700 for brakes but that’s what ya do when you know you have the customer by the balls

Air tire pressure was put to 46. My car is supposed to be at 32. Also after the oil change they did not put the handle on my car back so my car raddled and I had to pop the hood of the car to find that it wasn’t properly put back. Not coming back to Midas.

It is rare that personal behind the counter make you feel like they have your best interests, while offering you choices. Everything was explained including out the door pricing. Not once did I feel as if they were pressuring me. I was hesitant about going to Midas because I just knew all they would want to do is sell me or that, didn't happen. I felt like my vehicle was truly taken care of and I was treated with respect.

Derek, has usually always been the main person I have dealt with and he always remember me and takes great care of my vehicle and myself. I literally already recommended this Midas to somebody because I had a really great experience! Derek (if I recall his name correctly) was very kind, honest, and accommodating with me. My car had an electrical problem which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed there, but he waived the diagnostic fee and emailed the result to me so I could have it ready wherever I took it next. He also let me keep my car there a couple of days until someone could tow it for me.Derek and his team are very trustworthy, so I definitely plan to come back!

Setting up the appointment online was easy and convenient. The waiting area was clean. The staff were friendly and communicated issues and costs up front. I did have to wait a bit (3ish hours) but I would take that over waiting 2 weeks which was the earliest my dealership could get me in. Definitely recommend
I arrived at 10am and they took my car right away. The oil change was finished before 10:35. I am extremely happy with their customer service and I have told my friends and co-workers how pleased I have been with the Norwood Midas. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
The staff were straight forward and helpful. Had my brakes looked at for any issues and also a squeaky noise. The mechanic thoroughly examined my brakes and found no issues. He lubricated and resurfaced my brakes, which took care of the issue.
Every time I visit Midas car care I am treated great, and my car is fixed right the first time.
The scheduling was very easy. The oil change price was good. They recommended a new air filter and explained the importance of a good air filter to me when I asked (I don't know much about cars). Even with the added service of replacing the air filter, I did not have to wait long. The employee I spoke to was very friendly.

I’ve had 3 cars serviced by Midas on Smith Road in Cincinnati Ohio for the last 12 years and Derek the Manager and the mechanics have always serviced my car with the utmost fidelity and I will not go anywhere else. Excellent staff and great work on my cars.
The manager, Derek, was honest and very helpful. As I mentioned in another comment, the location was short-staffed and a bay was down, so what I had done took a week. But, I do not blame Derek or the associates for the issue.

We have used Midas for most of our automobile work for years. The location on Smith Rd in Cincinnati consistently meets and exceeds our expectations.
Took truck in and I was told that the light switch to my head lights was bad. It was going to be 400.00 to change the switch. All that was really wrong was a loose fuse. They charged me 89.00 for diagnostic fee. I feel I deserve a refund!
