The tech was great and he communicated to me what needed to be done on my car. The manager provided me with a printout that I COULD NOT READ. So I could not determine if the coupon that was provided to me in my Valpak was used to bring my price down. He needs to put INK in his printer and he also advised me that Midas no longer accepts the folder that holds the printout after 6 oil changes you get one free. The current manager Gabe needs to be trained on his people skills.
I have a slow leak in one tire. It was to slow of a leak to detect. They tried to find it but couldn't find the leak
My family and I have been going to Midas in Delhi for many years and not 1 time have I had an issue with this location. The staff there are also very helpful and courteous. I'd like to give a shout out to Jim (mechanic) he is the BEST, and we appreciate him very much.

Midas always does a great job with fixing my vehicle. I had a unfortunate issue that I had to bring my car in with out an appointment they attended to me right away I was able to get my car fix to get my car fixed and back on the road within less then a day which was great for me.

I have been client since 2014 and never paid that much for oil change. I have been using the oil for 5000 miles but never paid that much, its even cheaper in Valvoline which only does oil change.

They were friendly and helpful. They let me drop my car off early and because they already had it there they actually finished with the oil change before my appointment time. They also explained everything very well.
I have been coming to this location for nearly 20 years. I got to know Don and Jim quite well over the years and trust them completely for service and recommendations. I was extremely sorry to see Don go, but I will continue coming to see Jim for my needs and give this new manager a chance at being the same quality manager as Don.
Jim does an excellent job on our family vehicles, we have been coming back now for around 7-8 years.
The guys took us in without an appointment and did the best they could.
They were able to replace my tire, which thankfully was under warranty, on the same day! I expected to have to wait a few days for the tire to come in, but they were able to get it by the afternoon and get it replaced quickly.

I always get great service at the Delhi location of Midas. Jim the tech will always call to let me know if something needs to be replaced and request the go ahead to take care of it. If my car would need something done in the future Jim will let me know when I need to bring my car back in to have it done.

I was charged $20 labor to remove and install a passenger compartment air filter that took the technician less than 1 minute to do. Also, I was charged $30 for the new filter. This $50 charge was excessive and I regret that I didn't do this procedure myself.
I feel that Jim at the Delhi location is absolutely the most knowledgeable mechanic on the west side of Cincinnati. He is always straight forward and honest regarding all required repairs and "Never" tries to up-sale any additional services. I had a dead battery. I called I was told to bring it right up and they would take care of it. It was 1:00 and I had my car back by 5. They were very busy and still took care of me.

I specifically asked for air in my tires, wasnt done. When I went back in, I was told it was done. Checked them myself, wasnt done. Fluids werent topped off and no reminder sticker was place. Checked oil. Very dirty. When I went back next day. I was basically called a liar. I did get air though. Wont be back. I'm 61, work 2 jobs. Expect to get what I pay for.

I booked online. The shop didn't know I was coming until I arrived. I picked 10-12 online but the tires didn't arrive until 3. The shop got it done by 330. The shop itself is awesome. The online is the problem.
I go to the delhi location for oil changes frequently. I moved out of the area and tried a different midas, (glenway ave) and customer service was horrible, didnt even receive the courtesy check or the stamp for my oil change. I will return to the delhi location from now on.

I have been a customer for many years, servicing all my families vehicles. Oil changes to tires have been applied to many of our vehicles. The manager( Don) and assistant(Jim) are both on a first name basis which makes me feel welcomed and they can be trusted.

The manager explained how hard the wheels lug nuts were torqued down. They didn't tell me they completely destroyed one of the lug nut covers. When I got home I saw the damaged lug nut. Other than that I was very pleased with my experience. Wish they would of replace the lug nut or give me 10 bucks off or something.

So tired of Jeff Wyler Nissan. Took my car there for 3 recalls and had to go back again after they disconnected my fuel gauge. So it surprised me when they charged me $150 just to check out my car.
