My appointment was 12-2pm. The associate said it would probably be done in 45 minutes. I got to the store at 2:40pm and the car wasn’t ready until 2:50pm.

I scheduled a appointment in the morning for 5pm and I called when I got off work at 4pm to see if I can go a little earlier and it was no problem when I got there it was no wait and I got my oil changed in 20 minutes great customer service

When I've made appointments in the past it will still take at least an hour or more to get an oil change. This time, it only took 30 minutes. Wooohoo!
After I had my vehicle serviced, the next day I drove it, the check engine light came back on.
The guy working was nice and awesome. He explained everything and didn't try to upsell me like other places tend to do. It was a quick and easy process. I was in and out with not a long wait time at all
My brake pedal was going close to floor when I dropped van off. Midas said it was brake booster. Then they replaced master cylinder. Then they said they couldn't get the air out of the lines and now brake pedal goes all the way to floor. They made it worse

I came in for an oil change and a headlight that was out. I thought it needed a replacement bulb. It was a loose connection. They fixed it without charge. So I was very pleased.
I made appointment to get oil change and front wheen Alignment then the tech called and found 2 problems and advised me of ways to fix and if money was a problem they have Financing.. Very very happy

The manager Josh is spectacular. I got what I wanted and more all within the budget amount I gave. They did everything I wanted, found and fixed more issues, an diagnosed a final issue to address in the future. All the work they do for me lasts and I’m confident taking my car here.

Be more proactive in communicating. I was told a car was being finished up and didn’t get my estimate till 2.75 hrs later before service could even begin. Feel like I was held hostage waiting for a call.
I needed an oil change they went above and beyond I had a quarter over oil in my vehicle and a very loose oil filter oil was getting everywhere they changed it all and cleaned it up nice for me for no extra cost
The crew was friendly and funny. They did a great job and didn't waste time doing so. when the tech drop a little bit of oil on my motor e cleaned it off, so i wouldn't have to smell the burn off {really liked that}. just very pleased about everything that had to do with my appointment.

Had a great experience except for when it came to pricing I was quoted One price then came back in for my appointment and was quoted a totally different price that was higher than the original price for the same service that was offered
There was a delay in picking up my car due to a part that broke and they had to order another part which didn't come until the next morning. That's when I had received a call saying that I can pick up my car the next morning. I had to take the bus because we only have one car.
Very friendly and accommodating especially because there was an unexpected problem with a part on my power steering pump. They were very helpful and fixed my car the fastest they could.

Hire higher quality technicians. They fixed multiple random things on my car and issue is still not resolved. Seems like they were just guessing instead of finding the real problem.
Site clean. staff friendly. Service clearly explained. They were able to take me in right away and I was so relieved at the cost! The work was done well. The staff was friendly and polite. The problem was that they were understaffed (apparently only two workers), and they could not keep on schedule. The appointment was at 4:30, but it was close to 5:30 when my car was taken in for the alignment.

Excellent customer experience starting with the online scheduling option. Mechanic brought the old part out so we could see how damaged it was. Communication was great throughout the process and repairs were completed quickly.
I went in for a tire inspection and rotation. I had a noise in my rear tire, and low air pressure. They took care of both problems.

I got a flat tire and it is hard to find tires all the time that fit - I called when I was waiting for the tow truck - they did have them and explained the pricing to me over the phone - after the tow truck came it was fast to check in - it took about 2 hours to get the service done. I have been bringing my vehicles to Midas for as long as I’ve been driving! They are always timely and when you make an appointment there is no wait you get in at your appointment time.
I scheduled the appointment on line, with ease. The staff was very friendly. They kept us updated as our brake pads/rotors were taken care of. It was a great experience and we will definitely use this Midas location again, should the need arrive.
570 something $ and two days to replace two brake lines. It would have cost me 150 for parts maybe a little more and 350 for the mechanic to install

Aside from taking a bit longer than expected to get an oil change, I was able to check in with ease. I know I needed tires and the manager recommended I get them...though he didn't pressure me to get them that day. He suggested applying for the Midas cc to help pay for the new tires and air filter, so I did. That did take some of the sting out of the cost for purchasing new tires.

I have had so many issues. Had to take the car back twice to get my car fixed halfway correct. When I asked for them to do a tune up I asked them to check my belt twice. I even asked Midas on Hilliard Rome to check my belt. 3 times I was told it was fine.
