Scheduling was easy. Staff was very nice and took vehicle in right at the appointment time. I went next door for lunch and the vehicle was ready within 5 minutes of my return.

I have taken my cars to this location for years. Staff always friendly. Wait time minimal. The young man that worked on my car this last visit was so polite! I plan to continue to bring my cars to Midas and in particular this location.

The check tire light was on - I figured pothole season - it was just tire pressure due to the recent cold weather. Fixed in a flash - easy peasy!

I've come into this Midas location a few times now and the friendliness and customer service always is top notch. I always think; why isn't every other business like this. While I normally took my vehicle to the dealership when it was under warranty- this will now be my preferred spot for maintenance.

I have been using this location for about 10 years now and they have always been great - honesty is what is important to me. This time I had a strange noise when I started my car - they checked it out but could not find anything other then it may be the starter is going bad. There was no charge and I appreciate that of course.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, my service light came on for an oil change. Unable to make an appointment, I showed up at 8am hoping they could work me in. Chris (I believe that was their name) was very helpful and able to get me in. He let me know they were pretty booked so it would likely be a late pick up. Chris actually called me back a few hours later in the early afternoon to inform me my car was already serviced and ready. He discussed the tire rotation process with me and let me know there were no concerns with my vehicle. At pick up, the interaction was extremely friendly and all the Midas mechanics seemed very enthused/friendly even though it was clear they were swamped after the holiday weekend. Great location and great Midas team and customer service!

I made an appointment for an oil change for the afternoon. The appointment was accepted that morning, detailing my car’s make and model. I dropped my car off and identified my car to the employee. Three hours later I was called and told they didn’t have the correct oil filter for my car and couldn’t get the oil filter that day because they were closing in the next 15 minutes. The location should’ve checked to see if they had the correct filter before accepting my appointment.

Seemed like it took a long time 1.5 hrs. For an oil change. New manager I understand but wrong paper work and other issues.

For all the reasons I just checked off. This is redundant.

This was my first time visiting any Midas. It was my first time getting an oil change for my own car and I didn’t really know what to expect, but my experience was great! The employees gave me accurate time estimates, did great work, and the price was incredibly reasonable and cheaper than I was expecting.

I had a headlamp out, and brought in my own replacement bulb which I had purchased just for this reason. I normally go to a different Midas and they charge a lower price just to put the bulb in for me, and occasionally they don’t charge me at all. The person in the store told me the price upfront, but it wasn’t until afterwards, and only because I explicitly asked, that he told me I was basically being charged for the bulb, even though I purchased the bulb elsewhere and brought it in. I had already paid at this point and didn’t have time to argue, so I left, but I feel ripped off that I paid basically twice for the same lightbulb, and he didn’t tell me that it was the same price if I let him supply the bulb.
