This is a great store with fair prices. The manager Dave and his staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. While I just received an oil change today, the store was busy with other customers who were equally satisfied with their repairs. There is a comfortable waiting area and everything in the shop was clean, organized and running smoothly during the bustle of customers in and out. Dave also went thru my vehicle inspection and didn't recommend anything unnecessary. I'll definitely be returning to this Midas for my future maintenance needs.

Right away it seemed as if the employees didn’t want to complete the service for us. He went on and on about buying tires - and all I wanted was an alignment. Ironically they call and say they cannot do the service because something is “broken” on my rear end so they couldn’t align the car. That was bogus cause I took it to Tire Choice the next day and they did it perfectly fine and nothing was broken as Midas said it was. I felt they were being racist towards us, esp my boyfriend. I didn’t receive any paperwork on my vehicle, no inspection, no nothing. I honestly don’t even think they pulled the car in because it was in the exact spot that my boyfriend left it ! They’re either lazy and don’t know how to do their job, or didn’t want to deal with us because again my boyfriend is black. The entire experience was terrible. The fact I never got any paper work and he rushed to get us out of there was beyond me. He actually stopped dealing with the customer at the counter to go get our key. He didn’t go over anything with us, didn’t explain anything in detail, nor did he even give us a print out of the alleged issue.

They overfilled my tires so my tire light went off and I had to go back. But also they messed with my radio and it took me a while to get it back to the setting where I had it. There was no reason for them to touch my radio at all with an oil change.

Every time I go to a Midas store I get an estimate of at least 1300 dollars.
I did not catch his name, but the store manager during my visit, Nov 28th around 2pm, was very cordial and kind. He explained the pricing and was even able to fit the services around my budget. I'm very happy with the work don't on my car but even happier with the customer service at this location.

I had an issue with the abs light illuminated on the dashboard. After paying over $ 1500 dollars in hope to get it resolved it did not. A few days later, my driver side wheel was smoking and shaking. When I took my car back to the midas location, they informed me that it would take 750 more dollars to fix the issue.. I have not been able to drive my car every sense and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I went for exhaust system and I recieved it. In a timely manner however they did a wheel alignment ,that I did not ask for or approve. And I still got charged for it.i feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman.. so my 2500$ bill would have been 100 cheaper.. when I questioned it he said it was included in the price. ,no it wasn't. I got charged for something I didn't need ,ask for or approve. There fore I will never go back

It was important that I got my car fixed yesterday and they took care of it pretty fast.
Bmw x3 owner/mechanic moved to ghent location. Told me my engine had a leak, but it was actually just a dirty MAF sensor. Code was Dirty MAF and bank 1 too lean. Cleaned MAF myself and it cleared the code, simple solution 1st. A smoke test would have been an easier option than them explaining they needed to tear down my motor to find the leak. Them tearing my engine apart and damaging something would end up being my cost, not the shops. Especially when they would have found no leak and could have done damage.
Have parts for the car that is going to be having an oil change done at the store. Also cleaning isimportant. I had oil marks on my door and seat. Technician didn't reset my oil change indicator so that was done by me. This oil change was on a 2012 LS460. I realize it takes a little more time to drain the oil but my experience lasted 1 3/4 hr. Lastly, my tire pressures where not checked or balanced. For $112 I expected a lot more especially from Midas.
They let me know when I got to my appointment and said I was waiting for my car that it would likely be awhile because shortstaffed and asked me questions duing the process.
No toilet paper in bathroom and it took double the time promised.

I have been coming to this specific Midas in Cuyahoga Falls for the last 8 years because of the amazing service I always get. Adam the manager has always been very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. Colin has also been amazing to work with. When I come here I always feel welcomed and taken care of. My Dodge Journey is always fixed beautifully and runs great until things need replaced. Midas is my go to store.

Ordered 4 tires from Tirerack, delivered to Midas and set up an appointment the next day for installation. Technicians were running behind. Lifts were tied up and had to play musical cars to get an alignment check. Service advisor stated out in rear and front. Any other shop would have brought a print-out of the alignment to the customer

I love this location and always bring my vehicles in for service there. They are always extremely clear on what is going on with my vehicle and the total price it will cost. I am also grateful for when they look over the vehicle and check for other issues.

They knew what they were doing and got the job done. It wasn't like some place where it's a "could be this as the problem", pay for service and find out that wasn't the fix, here's the next cost as it could be this.
Make sure to explain thoroughly and before doing services. Be more attentive and respect towards customer's time and car as it is important.
Given estimate of $1000 for muffler and tail pipe replace. I passed and took to Budget Muffler where muffler was replaced for $200 in less tham half an hour.

One, your employees should stop trying to invent and/or exaggerate problems to try and milk money out of people. Two, if they damage something they should own up to it and fix the problem. I came in for an oil change. I left without my vehicle. I have lost one day of work and I am looking at even more. That is completely unacceptable. I will be letting everyone know of my experience and filing a complaint with the BBB.

A mistake was made during the last service by Midas but was promptly taken care of to my satisfaction. The fact they were completely honest and didn't start blaming things, blaming their employee more, or sell me a dishonest additional service spoke very well for your store in my book!!! My car had a front strut break and this Midas was closest to us. They were very nice in our scheduling and rescheduling of our appointment while we tried the spare, that didn’t work, and we ended up towing. They inspected my vehicle and came back with a huge list of recommended repairs and a hefty price tag, and they helped me break down what was absolutely necessary to drive safely and what was precautionary. While we decided not to have repairs done as the car is certainly not worth the price, I won’t forget my experience with this Midas and won’t hesitate to come back in the future. Everyone was kind and well-versed in what they were talking about, at least as far as I, a person who knows nothing about cars, could tell. The entire ordeal was very stressful for me and they made me feel so much better, and even chatted with us while we waited an hour for the tow truck to come take our car back home. Absolutely wonderful guys here.
I needed to replace one tire, as it had two nails in it. I was told over the phone how much one tire would be. When I got there, another employee, told me he didnt have my tire in stock. I was a little frustrated by that, as the first, that i talked to on the phone told me they had one and i arrived less then 5 mins later. Okay mistakes happen but I became very frustrated with the 2nd employees said he needed to look at my tire, even though gave the correct info (I showed him a picture of the numbers on the tire) he then came back and told me it was policy that he could only sale me a pair of tires, because of the tread(tread was still good, the tires aren't very old) I told him I only intend to buy one and he insisted he could only sale me one. He kept insisting until I told I'm I would just got to NTB and pay slightly more. 2nd issue I had after they put the tire on, an employee, that my ball joint was worn. Ok no big deal, but then he tried to up sale me, by lying and saying when you replace one you need to replace both. This is not true, nor is it an industry standard.I plan on never returning to any Midas.
