The customer service was exceptional. Very friendly staff, explained to me what I may need to purchase in the future and how I could return if I decided to go ahead with the repairs.
I went to Midas for oil change. I gave my keys to them. Before I gave my keys to them there is no noise from tires or brakes. During oil change they took out the tires I don’t know why, after oil change when I’m going on road when I apply breaks or going on lower speed there is a whooping should coming from tyres and bonet I don’t know from where but definitely from car bonet.

The guy was friendly from the beginning and explained everything. Also, I never had pictures sent to me while I was waiting explaining where my car systems stood and if any needs were likely. That was awesome! Great place!
This Midas used to be quick and efficient. I made an appt for 1 pm. At 2:20 pm my car had not moved from where I parked it. I got the mgr’s attention and said I needed to reschedule and he said he would move a car out and have my oil change done in 30 min. 10 minutes later they were working on it and true to his word 25 ish minutes later it was done.
I made an appointment between 12:30 and 2:30. I dropped car off at 10:30. I did not receive a call about my car. I ended up calling about my at 3:45 and the tire services were not competed when I called. I was promised my car would be done by 4:30 and I did not leave until 5:30. Highly dissatisfied.
Made appointment on line, recieved confirmation for 8:00 to 10:00. Arrived checked in around 9:00. Was advised by phone the alignment couldn't proceed because of parts I said then just tire work then, the car was not ready for pick up till 3:00 pm only after I had to repeatedly call because I had to be at work which is why I made a early appointment
I usually choose a 10 minute oil change and wait in my vehicle, but the pricing at Midas with the coupon was worth the 30 minutes! Marcus was informative, Excellent customer service

If I felt like my situation was listened to and handled correctly along with the return of my sunglasses I would come back to Midas. I bought a coupon book gor a school fundraiser. It came with free oil change. A few years ago i had a very huge problem at this location. It kinda stained the place for me. But this last visit it was a whole new staff and they were not that bad at all.

I called earlier in the day to setup an oil change. We got there about 30 mins early because we came from a Dr. appt. and didn't want to be late. But they were able to get us in anyway and we were on our way within 30-40 mins. Good coupon saved us money and was told after 6 oil changes we get one free.
