I have come to this particular Midas for years, and I have never had any problems. There had been one time I could not get in, so I went to another shop; it was awful. After that I've always returned to the Airway Midas or my dealership. I have always been pleased with their service.
The appointment was for 8 am. I was there. My car was not taken back until 9:30!! I had to ask multiple times what was going on. I was told they had jobs left over from the day before. I said that I should have been notified there was a wait and things would be delayed. I received a blank stare. I also learned that I had an appointment "window" from 8 am to 10 am. This apparently means that they have 2 hours to take the vehicle in. This was most assuredly not conveyed. This is an abomination and so very unacceptable. There was a different manager at the desk who was not very congenial. Also, it seems that Midas no longer offers the buy 5 (or 6) oil changes and get one free. This is the ONLY reason I went to Midas. Terrible customer service from the location and corporate. Will not return. Will be sharing my experience with others.

My vehicle died on me. Took it to midas. It was the only place open on a Sat. They stated my car was throwing off fuel codes. They couldn't determine the exact cause. Was told to drove until it dies then have it towed to them. Very unprofessional
With a scheduled appointment, I was in and out in 40 minutes.
They found my coolant leak (showed it to me with pressure test) and told me axactly what needed to be done. Fixed the issue (showed me the damaged seal) promptly and got all the air out my coolant and set me up with fresh coolant. They were very helpful.

I was Quoted 34.99 for an oil change on my 2022 Hyundai Kona. When the Vehicle was already on the lift, the tech came in and said the price on the oil change would be 74.99 because the vehicle took synthetic oil. That should have been communicated to me before the service was started.
When I dropped off my car I asked them to check my tire sensors when putting air in them because last time I went to this location they rotated my tires and did not adjust the sensors. When I went to pick up my car they told me my coolant was empty and they didn't have any so I would need to go buy that after. I had a $20 off coupon directly from your website that they couldn't get to work so I only got $15 off and the most annoying part... when I was driving home I notice they left the old sticker in the windshield and they did not put air in my tires (28 when they should be 35) and my tire sensors are still incorrect. Therefor they did not rotate my tires or put air them and I had to buy my own coolant and was still charged nearly $70. After buying my coolant my oil change was now $90 and i had to stop and put air in my tires which still have incorrect sensor locations. Truthfully I do not even know if my oil was actually changed.

Justin at the Airway rd Dayton Ohio location is super helpful and knows me on a first-name basis when I call. He is very upfront about issues that have come up during the service. He also fixes his mistakes and makes it right in the end.

I made an appointment online Wednesday night for Friday evening When I arrived they could not do my oil change till saturday because they did not have the right stuff for my car because they didn't keep what they needed for a Jetta in stock. I left and had clanking and banging that wasnt there before. I took it back and was told its because after market parts dont always fit right. Had to go to a different Midas and apparently it had something to do with the first place tearing up a gasket. The second Midas location managed to fix it, but the little man in charge there wanted to get an attitude with me, and it wasnt my fault I had to waste another 2 hours of my life in a freaking Midas. Never again.

Midas on Airway Road (Riverside OH) has always been my go to place for repairs on my cars because they always treat me fairly and explain in detail what needs to be done. I've never been pressured to have something fixed I don't want fixed or can't afford. They are always willing to look for discounts for me.
