I have been coming to this Midas for all of my vehicle needs for the last 15 years. I have always been treated very well at The Englewood Midas. Bret, the Manager, and all of the guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Always very friendly staff. They have always explained all maintenance/repairs and gave the price upfront. I have never had a complaint or a problem with their services.
Drove home after having the work done only to find out I'm missing a hubcap. Called the store and the person I spoke with was very dismissive and said they didn't have it and if I couldn't find it there was basically nothing he could do. I take issue with this fact given the hubcaps falling off the vehicle had not been an issue until I brought it to get work done with you. Thought I'd found it on the road going back to the shop but it unfortunately turned out to be a different hubcap and the shop didn't do anything to make it right. Now I'm missing a hubcap because it wasn't installed correctly after service and you failed to take ownership of the issue. Not a happy customer.
Have better customer service communication. The manager has a job to do but continuously has condescending tone with customers and pushes for things to purchase that aren’t warranted, want or can afford. Need better bed side manor and customer first attitude.

Be honest about the price upfront
Gain an understanding how to change the oil on newer Volkswagens and Audis. Precision Tune two blocks from Midas changed the oil for me. No special tool required as was incorrectly stated by Midas. Precision Tune laughed when I told them Midas said a special tool was needed.

I frequently get oil changes and ask for a tire rotation but have been turned down every time. This last oil change I was notified that the brakes cut into the rotors causing more money for me to pay to fix when the issue could’ve been prevented had they rotated the tires like the needed to. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with this last visit.
The manager at the Englewood Ohio location was extremely courteous, did not hesitate to tell me any news whether it was bad or good , straight to the point , nothing hidden and no beating around the bush. I brought my truck in 2001 Toyota tundra for four wheel alignment after I had already brought it to another chain mechanic and they did me wrong. All the mechanics at the Englewood Ohio location that were on duty took the time to work on the vehicle together as a team which was very pleasing and satisfying. Thank you again
My tire rotation waa forgotten.This is merely just an inconvenience, and an obvious mistake by the tech. We all make mistakes, I was immediately rescheduled for the following week. It happens, I understand.
I've had good service at this location when first going. The last two visits have not been as good. Made appt's for two cars on a Saturday morning. First one, no tire rotation, didn't even check pressure since light was still on after service. Second car, same thing, this time I asked about it and was told 'they measured the tires and they didn't need rotated'. BS. I made them do it anyway. Wait was longer on second car since two of three mechanics on duty had taken vacation time and were working on their personal vehicle in one of the bays at this location. I will be finding a new company to send my business.
