They gave an assessment of all the problems they found,priced out cost of each item and didn't try to pressure me into getting things fixed. I pick what I wanted done at the time and felt comfortable with the service. I will definitely be coming back!!
Chaz Ramirez told me that the $24.99 brake inspection fee would be subtracted from my bill if I ended up getting a full set of new brakes. I received new brake pads and rotors on all four wheels and the fee was not waived. I also brought in a coupon that I printed from the Midas website for a free oil change up to $89.99 with purchase of new brakes. Chaz did not accept the coupon and told me that I would receive an email from Midas for a free oil change after I purchase new brakes. I never received the email.

I did a walk in for a problem with my battery connection from another business. My car was immediately looked at and serviced by tightening some loose parts with no charge.
The team was able to get me in same day last week. They ordered the new tires and I was able to come in earlier than my appointment when my plans changed. The quote I was given was accurate. They called me when the work was done.
I was given a coupon for a "free" diagnostic inspection valued at $69.99. The employee checked with "supposedly" the manager and would not accept the coupon, due "to not being affiliated with Coupon Saver". I texted my Pastor and she got in touch with salesperson who sold coupon book and he was shocked that after 10 years of those coupons being accepted that all of the sudden, it was not. I'm very upset and paid $96 of which I really could not afford. Also, I was quoted a price of almost $600, of which, I never asked for. The main manager was not there and I do not think he would have accepted the coupon I had. The labor for a valve cover itself was quoted to be $195. That is RIDICULOUS!! I may not return as a customer ever again. I'm disappointed because I have had oil changes done there and was highly satisfied with the total service. I will contact Customer Service about this further.

So stop letting people make online appointments until it’s resolved? Doesn’t seem like rocket science. However, they did great getting my vehicle done in a good amount of time with no notice.

3 days after the belt and tensioner were replaced the repair completely failed. Started the car, heard a bang, power steering went out then everything shut down. The serpentine belt was completely off. Was stranded today for 3 hours waiting for a tow truck and towed it back to midas. Hoping they repair it correctly this time and without additional charge. We'll see.

Will be back after going earlier in the day to another business that did not have my full synthetic oil in stock and I would have had to pay an extra $40 for the oil buying it at Auto Zone or travel to their other location in Bowling Green, OH. I was not wanting to do that. The other business had a break down of their oil system that helps change oil. Glad Midas was able to do the work and also thankful for the $10 off on the visit for being a first time customer. Thanks Midas for the Gold touch, so to speak...keep up the good work! I had my oil changed on Saturday June 11. After my oil change went smoothly, the manager said I needed an air filter and he had one. I agreed, since they had one in stock and other places were running out of them. He told me it would just be a couple of minutes and I would be on the road. Unfortunately, I then had to wait another 45 minutes, only to have him tell me that they didn't have one after all. I sat an extra 30-45 minutes after my car was completed because he hadn't checked to be sure that he had the part - or that they just didn't tell me that they needed the part. This was not the normal manager, and I will not take the car there when he is working in the future.
Enough though they were very busy, I feel the service was good.
