Easy service when the muffler fell off my car rather unexpectedly. They got me in and out within an hour and a half, and they're located very close to my home, so I was able to go home while they worked. The car sounded fine when I took it for an hour and a half drive this afternoon, so that is great.

I came in bc my back passenger tire was losing air and I wanted all of my tires checked and balanced. The next day my tire was down to 12psi again. I ran back in and they found two nails in the back passenger tire. They shouldn’t have missed that the first time - now I need new tires and I’ve paid an extra $60 to balance trash!Then they went to put my spare on and the prong from my spare came off with the tire. Steve said he’d fix it if I can get him the part… I am no better off than I was before and $60 lighter in the bank account…

I took my car in for brake service. J was informed that the service would cost more than the value of my car. Also, my car was rusted so badly underneath, it would not be safe to be driving. My car is 23 years old. I never had an opportunity to see underneath it before, and was quite shocked at the deterioration. There was even a leak in the gas tank. I appreciate the care and explanation I received. I am pretty sure some places would have just done the work and sent me on my way. I am very impressed with the work ethics of Midas

Had an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic extremely early the next day. Came in close to closing and Steve could have understandably refused to take care of me. But he didn’t. This particular store is always my first choice.

Stopped in for a quote mid morning and work was completed within a few hours.

I'll never visit a Midas again. And I've also advised both businesses we work for not use Midas either and I work for a multi million dollar logistics company. They will never see a penny from either business not from any of the employees for their personal vehicles. Huge potential loss of income for Midas.

I made my appointment online for 8 am on Saturday so when I arrived at 7:50 am they were open and checked me in. The worker at the counter that took my information was friendly and very courteous and I liked the texts explaining all the things inspected and pictures of everything. I was the first car in and it didn’t take very long before my car was completed.

Service was quick and thorough, communicating was easy and smooth.

They did a great job even gave me a quote on new tires and oil leak which I’ll be scheduling here soon

put appointment request in late Thursday night and got confirmation same night and was in by noon the next day. They got right to it and fixed the issue and i was out.

I will make this my perferred location going forward. The service was excellent and I waited for my car, I was able to watch the service being performed.

I thought it was a little pricey for the service I received. If I knew how to do it myself I could have replaced both headlights for half the price that I was charged to replace one.

I scheduled my appointment online came at appointed time, Steve checked me in, the technician went over my car and found I need a new turn signal bulb along with my battery, change my bulb and battery and saved me a visit. They always take care of me.

The Manager, Stuart explained everything in detail and provided any answers to questions I had.

I was highly satisfied because with-in 5 minutes of me arriving, my car was in the shop.Everything was clean. It wasn't noisy inside. I watched TV and played on my phone. Time flew by and they were done. What more could you expect.

Put 5w30 in my car as it is supposed to be instead of 0w20 which you choose to put in because it was "in the computer", despite the oil cap literally saying the correct oil.

I paid GC Midas $1,455.36 to remove/fix the check engine light. That was not at all fixed, the check engine light is still on and now flashes as well as dings with a drastic frequency, often times it dings multiple times a minute. On top of that, whatever they did to my car they caused a new issue that has made my car practically undrivable. My car drove fine before they worked on my car, just the check engine light was on. Now the check engine light is on, constantly dinging and the car uncontrollably rattles while driving. I requested a refund on 1/13/2023. I called the District Manager on 1/23/23 he didn't answer, I left a voicemail, it's been a week now and he still has not returned my call. I am almost forced to buy a new car, GC Midas did something that has caused my car to be in a terrible condition that will now decrease the value of my car and therefore decrease the value of my trade in when buying a new car. I took my car to GC Midas to have an issue fixed that was not at all fixed and my car was ruined in the process. The least you can do is refund me the $1,455.36 I paid to have an issue fixed that was not fixed!

I made an online appointment for the same day that I requested; drop off was easy; I heard from the manager about the issue and he included the cost and estimated time to complete the work; I picked up my truck at the scheduled time and it was done; the manager was friendly, professional and attentive to detail.

I came in for what I was sure was new brakes and a new rotor. After a thorough inspection, the team determined nothing was wrong. No charge! I will be a customer for life here!

Brought my car in for oil change and asked the technician if he would drive my car, since I felt a vibration when I would brake my car. He said sure, then after driving my car he took the wheels off to check the rotors and found two were warped. Came and explain the problem to me, I will have my rotors and tires and brake pads replaced per his recommendation.

Got a nail in my new tires. Not in the sidewall. Went to Midas on Henderson Rd. in Columbus Ohio. Was told nail in tire wasn't repairable and the tire wasn't available to order. Passed off to Midas on Columbus Street in Grove City, Ohio where I bought the tires. My responsibility to get ahold of manager. Manager can't get the tire. Cooper Discoverer AT3. Waited three weeks as manager said the tire might come in. Current tire with nail in it stops holding air. Have to blow my tire up every morning before work with an air compressor and again before going home. Manager says bring it in they'll give me a different tire. Don't want a different tire but brought it in anyways. At this Midas in Grove City the nail hole is repairable. They patch it up. Took 4 hours to patch it up and rotate and balance. Praying I don't get another nail. The warranty I bought on the tires feels worthless.

Be more reliable on pricing for oil changes. I’ve been to Midas (Stringtown Rd, Grove City) 6 times, had the same oil change every time, but have paid 6 different prices. I have paid anywhere between $50 and $86 each time. After looking at my receipts and compared each one, I cannot find any reason for the drastic price difference.

they need to communicate how much they charge in labor. the total cost of parts was 120 or so. they charged me 350+ on labor. to just install brakes on front and back, air filter change and windshield blade replacement. I didn't catch onto it until later. this is just ridiculous and extortionate.

I have been a customer for over a year now and have always gotten the best service. The guys here are great and the manager Steve has never tried to upsale me anything I don't need. I have finally found an honest shop that has my best interest in mind.
