I was told the problem was possibly my spark plugs and that trusted that after changing them would make my truck work properly. It did not solve the problem. Several other parts were changed I was told they wld solve the problem and they did not. I feel my car is worse than it was before I brought it in. Instead of telling me these things were wrong like the oil needed changing when it was brought in for vibration. I’d rather would’ve been told prior to being charged and then not know what the actual issue of the truck malfunction.

The air filter cover was not replaced after service. The traction control wire I asked to be looked at was not checked. the battery I was told was bad and needed to be replaced is new. I took it back to the place where it was purchased and it tested fine after charging. I was also told I needed my calipers (which are only 3 years old) replaced. I took them back to warranty and the mechanic showed me they were in good condition.

I scheduled online, entered all the information for my drop off diagnostic. Received email of scheduling, but that it required confirmation from the location. Received confirmation email of my scheduling. When I arrived to drop off, was told there was no record of my reservation in the system. I even showed them my confirmation email (and that it was for the correct location). They were very accommodating and took my vehicle for service - but I wonder what went wrong in online scheduling - I will call in the future to ensure scheduling works properly.

Have your employees work less for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers and work more towards being an advocate for the customer trying to allow them the best price they can. Also, if a combat vet comes in they should be treated with respect and allowed to use their discounts. Very unsatisfying experience.
I felt the parts were over priced and I wasn’t sure what the hourly rate was. I priced best Monroe parts at $259 and the price for I was given was $385 that’s a 67% profit. I get you need to make money but that seems a bit much. I think 25% is fair.

I just stopped in to see if they could check my battery. Since I just stopped in with no appointment, they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I was fine with that. It was a bit less than the time quoted. They checked my car, told me what was wrong, dead battery, and fixed it and I was out the door.

I came to just get front brake pads on my vehicle , I replaced my rotors about 7 months ago, they tried to tell me I needed to replace rotors and pads for $585.00. I had 4 appointments that should have just been one. I came in for some slight engine rattling and the first appointment left my car with a sputtering while accelerating. After the second and third appointments the issue was worse. The fourth appointment was at the Hilliard ohio location and the store manager Tim, was extremely rude to me and accused me of lying and then refused to work on my car after having it for 3 days. This experience has been horrible and my car is now not even driveable. I had to have it towed to another mechanic after Midas had returned to me my keys

The heat shield under the front of the vehicle was left unattached. While on the freeway it began flopping up and down, when above 40 mph, banging the car frame and the road. Had to drive many miles under 40 mph until I could get to a location to jack up the vehicle to find the problem. The shield is ruined. I will have to have it replaced. I had to tape it up in order to drive the vehicle at a normal speed. This negligence is un acceptable.

I was able to drop off my car within the selected appointment time, and was called about four hours after dropping off letting me know about my brake situation. I was quoted with a price, and since it was later in the day they would have to wait until tomorrow to complete the work on my car. I was called the next day promptly, letting me know that my car is finished and ready for pick up.

Never again. Shop removed cowling from windshield to replace struts. Cowling was not reattached. All plastic tabs gone. 3 cracks in bottom passenger corner of the windshield. One grew to entire passenger side. Tech left screwdriver in engine bay. Store man
