I like this Midas because Chris and his crew are very polite, knowledgeable, do a great job on service. They explain everything thoroughly, go over the entire car by doing an inspection with each oil change. They do not try to sell you anything, many times I just get my oil changed as Chris will say nothing else needs done. If you might need additional maintenance they tell you before they do any thing additional to get your go ahead and only tell you what your car might need and the estimated cost. Chris explains everything thoroughly about my car. I WON’T go anywhere else for my maintenance or if my car should ever need work done and that would include taking it to the dealership that I purchased it at. If you aren’t using this Midas Dealer in Lewis Center you are doing yourself an injustice.

I've been here before. It's the closest to my home. I called but put on hold so ended up making an online appointment. Both times my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off. The first time it was completely empty.

We brought our vehicle in for an oil change, and to evaluate the check engine light which was on. Oil change was completed. We were told that the check engine light was on because the coil was not firing. A new new spark plugs. Took several days to get the correct spark plugs in and then after spark plugs replaced we were notified After having to call several times to get updates that the car was not starting. We requested that the vehicle be taken to a Volvo dealership where it was determined that the old porcelain parts of the spark plug were in the cylinders permanently, damaging the engine block, and now the whole engine block needs to be replaced.

Chris and Seth are simply the best. It's always been 10's all the way around for me with this Midas location. It's becoming the worst kept secret around :)

Great customer service. Chris greeted me when I walked in and quickly checked me in for an oil change and tire roatation. The appointment lasted 45 minutes and Chris explained all the courtesy inspection items concerning the vehicle.

Make sure you have screws picked up so my tire doesn't pick it up. Make sure you actually patch a tire from a hole and not put a wax plug in it. Lastly, make sure the hood is fully latched down so when I drive down the road it doesn't pop up and get caught by the safety latch. It scared me greatly and almost caused an accident.

Actually do the tire rotation that was included in my package. I waited on my car and the tires weren’t removed.

You have to full communicate what your doing and what you are going to do to fix it. They did not listen to me on what was happening and the noise its still making after I left. I was there on Fri for 2 hrs never even took the tires off to like and check my breaks. Came back Sat again cause they are making so much noise, took over an hr to even look at my truck and I had an appt. Then to give me attitude that they can't hear the noise did want to listen to my phone records I have of them. To have another 1 and 1/2 to just replace the pads and send me on my way for my truck to make an even worse grind and squeaking noise. I paid alot of money for both sets of full brakes, rotars, pads, ball joints, alignment and 4 new tires! Well over $3,000, this is not how you treat a customer and still fight me on fixing my truck. This has been going on for about 6 months now.. I dont have the money now to go someplace else to help me with these breaks or another Midas to do the job right. I want to call the BBB and file a report! This needs to be fixed and soon! My truck should not make any noise when applying the brakes softly or firmly!!

Had regular oil put in our Edge instead of the synthetic. Made the mistake of assuming the location would see what oil was put in on the previous oil change. Manager told me some story that because I made the appointment online they could not see the history of the oil change. To this I say BULL !!

Feel like I get an honest answer to questions, This location and manager Chris won my business when he quoted me a price that was a fraction of a previous quote I received, so instead of spending $600+ I spent around $50. Said the part and labor for previous work should not be $600. Now I give this location all my business.

I have taken my vehicle to other places for oil changes in the past and they ALWAYS try to upsell something else. With this Midas location, I know they will only suggest an air filter change, etc. if I truly need it. Having to set an appointment vs. going to one of the quick oil change places may take a bit more effort on my part, but the honesty and integrity of Midas can't be matched!

My car kia sorento 2013 starter was not working and when they installed a new one they charged 499$ for the just the starter accessory. I later checked with Kia and the OEM part was even less than 200$. Really disappointed that I have been charged for something Which is double than the actual accessory. Next time I would prefer going to the authorized dealer and not Midas. I don’t have any option to debate or negotiate the price I paid

I had new rotors put on a little over a year ago. And I’ve recently experienced the brakes “grabbing.” I received new front brakes on this visit and they were covered under warranty! I must admit I didn’t expect this.

I returned to Midas after a first great experience for my second, bringing my paperwork for the rewards program. Scheduling was a breeze. I dropped my car off earlier than my appointment with no complaint. I didn’t expect it to be ready any sooner because of this but it was! My Courtney inspection was not reviewed with me, but I was able to review it myself and see that there were really no problems work them having talked to me about!
