Good people, Good work, Good price
The original problem I brought it in for in February was not fixed. A few days ago, it was finally resolved. Don't get me wrong, I will always go back to this store for any vehicle problems. Not really a big deal, because all the work that was done in both visits would've been needed soon anyway I'm sure. There is a new noise that wasn't present before the February visit. When I left this past Friday, the manager said to bring it back in when available for them to look at. I appreciate that.
We came in for a muffler repair. Midas quoted me $3600 to repair muffler and all the other things they could think of. We denied this service because this seemed outrageous and went to another repair shop and only had to pay $60 total.
Very clear explanation of services that could be offered. No pressure at all, just the facts and no hype.
The visits are easy to schedule, I was fit in the day before the appointment. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I will not return. They can't tell the difference between a frame and rockers. Was told my frame was rotted. I took it back to the dealer where I just had bought it. They had a frame company look at it. Then showed me. Your guys raised it by the rockers. They don't know the difference between rockers and frame. They caused more issues with my rockers. If they don't know the difference between the two. I am not sure I trust them with anything else on my vehicle. They were not professional at all. And cost me more money and embarrassment.

When I first came into the store, I felt that the associate behind the desk was just mediocre at best. However, within 30 minutes after I came in , the store manager came in. He took care of me, answered several questions I had on several subjects, and also suggested the easy pay program which I took a vantage of.
So I stopped in for oil change. Did not make an appointment. I said I could come back if needed. They took me in. They asked if I wanted any other service to which I responded no. Next thing I know after 30 minutes I’m brought back to show my car with tires off the car and guy trying to sell me balance, and a filter and a number of other products. I just got my car back from body shop after being repaired which included balancing just two days earlier. All said and done I was there for almost 2 hours and charged $83.99 for oil change of which I paid $34.99 at same location my last visit. They assumed I needed synthetic when the Midas sticker on windshield showed exact type of oil. Just really turned off. Guy knocked $20 off but still spend over $60 for a $35 service.
I have trusted Midas with the service of my car. I had an oil change and a tune up this time. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in. I always go to them for my oil changes. Very friendly and helpful.

Three, I assume Mangers standing around and openly talking how they need to push sales instead of helping finish up my oil change. It took and hour and 45 minutes. Usually only takes 20-40 mins when I have been in there before. They forgot to change out my wipers until my car was pulled around and I was cashing out, so the young man was doing it in the parking lot in a rush!

Only spent a short time there, but very fast service. Very friendly and explained the issue well.
I was told I needed new tires and brakes. I just got new tires 8 months ago and had all new brakes 3 days before. I was told my shocks were leaking and needed new ones. I took my vehicle somewhere else (2 different places) shocks were fine and not leaking. My car had been making a knocking noise as well. The only leak was coming from my oil tank. Midas had not properly reinstalled the cap and all the oil had drained out of my car. The knocking was from NO OIL IN MY ENGINE!!!
They got me in on very short notice. Had my car in the garage and being worked on within minutes. I thought I needed brakes, the tech checked them and said they were good but needed adjusted. He took care of that, had my oil changed in a very short time. The only delay was when I needed tires. The ones I ordered had to be picked up at another shop. The delay was minimal. When the tires arrived and were mounted the tech showed me the alignment was out. He took care of that and had m back on the road when promised. I am very satisfied with the service.

Very easy online request for a appointment. They even called me with a set time. I liked that Midas offered coupons. I liked the staff, very friendly. My wait time wasn’t long. Only thing I requested a sticker stating when my car needed the next oil change and they put a sticker saying mileage when they changed it. Now I have to figure it out myself.
I went in with a Check Engine message on my car. They took me through the process they use to determine the problem and after the diagnosis they were able to fix my car while I waited. I was informed of the work throughout my wait. It was a good experience.

I am always impressed with the service at this store. The associate(Mark) has earned my trust completely! He is so knowledgeable and explains thoroughly what is needed and why and what may be needed as preventative in the near future. So honest and genuinely concerned . Tried to overcharge by nearly $50 until I asked to see itemized statement. Took 10 min to realize he had the wrong paperwork. Was told via phone that filter replacement was half the that was charged price despite your trainee claims "we would never do that". Now for the cherry on top... got the vehicle back and its covered in grease and oil where your techs just hopped in and fingered the seats and glove compartmens without covering the seats. Not a chance I'll ever be back.

I was able to obtain an appointment with little advance notice. When I arrived they really seemed busy, so I thought I may have to wait. I was really surprised when they took my vehicle in right away, performed the service, and out in less than thirty minutes. I had a problem that was caused by another auto servicing business. The employees at this Midas took me in on short notice, diagnosed and explained the problem applied the repair. All with friendly and professional service.
