The 100,000 mile checkup went well. Some repairs were needed and recommended for a future appointment but I asked for them to be completed on this appointment and they were able to work this in.

An issue with the rear passenger side tire leaking was communicated online and to the associate at the store. I was told it would be fixed and taken care of and that it was a rim leak issue. The tire is still leaking exactly as it was and I’m also missing a tire valve stem cap too.

Was quoted a $29.99 promotional rate for a synthetic blend oil change. After change was completed, the charge was $59.99. Employer explained that they only use full synthetic on my car. This was not explained beforehand. I’ve used a blend before in this vehicle.

My girlfriend was quoted $1400 for 1 tie rod, 2 stabilizer links, 2 front tires and a alignment. That seemed very overpriced to me so I told her to go down the street and get another quote. They did the exact same job for $800. I cannot trust Midas anymore. I could understand $100 difference, but a $600 difference is unacceptable!
I had my brake pads and rotors changed at this Midas location on 5/22/21. I paid almost $700. I came in about 2 months ago for a separate service on my car and asked about my brakes. Was told they were fine and to come back in the spring. I came back 4/22/23 to have my brakes done. Was told my brake pads and rotors were completely shot and it would be $1142 to change them, even though I paid extra the last time to get the lifetime warranty brake pads. I told them this and they checked back with me telling me it would be $149 to just put new pads on. I approved this and got off the phone. 10 mins later they called me back saying because I didn’t come in within 1 year or 12,000 miles the pads were out of warranty and it would be $298 to change them. I was never told of the warranty limitations when I originally had my brakes changed or I would have brought my vehicle back in before the limitations were surpassed. I told them to put my car back together and I’d go elsewhere. I found someone to do all my brakes and rotors for $450 the same day, and during that process I was informed that Midas had put not only the wrong brake pads on my back brakes but they also put them on backwards

The service I received was great. The shop representative explained exactly what the problem was and showed me the damaged parts of my vehicle. He was upfront about everything and worked with me to get great financing opportunities for the work done.I paid nothing out of pocket and the work was complete within two hours of me getting the vehicle to the shop. I limped my car there May of 21, for later to fi d out a stolen catalytic converter. They helped me through repair and every demand my insurance company came up with. Since that day, I fully trust the crew working there and take all my families' cars to those guys. It is nice to have a shop in town I can trust with my cars.
