I made an appointment and picked out tires online after selecting this location, a week later when I arrived for my appointment they did not have the tires I selected in stock. We ended up finding a similar tire for a similar price but it had a shorter warranty than I wanted. The ones I picked out had a 75K mile warranty and the ones I was given only had a 65K mile warranty. I was disappointed that I made the appointment, picked out the tires, and then they were out of stock. It was a tire that was on sale and 1 of only 4 options listed on the site. Shouldn’t every store have those tires offered in the sale in stock? I didn’t appreciate it being made out to be my fault for not calling to double check their inventory. That should be the store’s responsibility to check inventory and contact the customer with issues or place orders as needed for products. The manager made it seem like he was doing me a favor for matching the buy 3 get one free tire discount on the set he picked out that closely matched the ones I had originally ordered.

Got a quote for exhaust as well as an front axel problem I had. Before they finished they found another small leak and contacted me and was able to fix that as well. Didn't appreciate the warranty being added to my bill without being told. When I caught it the manager tried to say it was the cost of the install, but that was clearly listed above it. Overpriced and was given misleading info. Was told my rotors were shot and to do both front and back rotors was quoted $910 and some change. Went to get a second opinion from another mechanic and was shown rotors and brakes and they said the rotors were more than fine and I just needed brake pads. However even if I needed rotors and brakes their price was $575 for front and back. Insane price difference. The man who gave me the quote however was very nice and even went out of his way to be personable with me so it was nothing against him.
