The midas, New Albany was 2 miles from my home. I have a handicap Van and not many places will even look at it. MIDAS, WESTERVILLE had worked on it before and fixed the muffler. I hit something on the road and I knew instantly I had done something to our muffler. I live closer to the New Albany Midas so we called and they said bring it right over. We dropped it off and they called with the quote, and it was very reasonable so it was wonderful to have it fixed that day. I picked it up the next day and was so completely excited. Take less than 2 hours for a simple oil change (especially when the customer says in the scheduling of the appointment that they will be waiting). Not waiting until 1 hour and 40 minutes to advise me that my cabin filter needs replaced and that it would take an extra 20 minutes (by the way, 20 minutes later, the car had still not been serviced). Train your manager the value of good customer service.

When you tell me it’s going to an hour and a half. Three hours later my car is ready but you never came out to explain anything why it was taking longer. It was $300 more than what I thought it would be. Wrong way to conduct any business.

Charlie and the rest of the staff were highly competent, friendly, transparent, and efficient with servicing my vehicle. There was no attempt to sell unnecessary work, which I've experienced at other auto shops -- including other Midas locations.

From the moment I walked in the door, the quality and efficiency of every associate I interacted with was exceptional! They were courteous, genuine, and no nonsense. As a person that also works in customer service, it’s nice to see examples of proper customer care. I came in for exhaust issues but new parts weren’t and easy fine, but the gentleman that diagnosed the issues came up with a solution that was not only affordable but quick and extremely efficient as a long term solution. My wait was as expected and I even witnessed other interactions with satisfied customers. Although I only spoke with a few employees it’s clear this location runs like a well oiled machine.

Best place ever! I needed a brake inspection 'cos another place claimed I needed to spend an arm and a leg on my supposedly totally worn out brakes. I found that completely unbelievable at my car's low mileage. Lance and the guys at Midas were very helpful and very honest. Turned out all those claims about my car's brakes were simply not true, just as I suspected. I am happy to found a place that did not look to rip me off! Definitely coming back here whenever I'll need service.

I purchased tires through Tirebuyer.com and selected this location based on previous appointments. I was informed that Tirebuyer.com’s pricing wasn’t correct and why. The manager still honored the prices, but explained he couldn’t do it in the future and took the time to explain why. The conversation was completely professional and enlightened me on what he was explaining. I will continue to use this location, until they do something to lose my business. The experience didn’t stand out in any way really. While everyone was very friendly, the service that was done on my car was very routine.

Understanding they were probably understaffed, I did wait awhile at check in even though I made an appt- brought out estimate for more than I came to be done(always sticker shock). No communication of progress of what was being done- I was there 3 hrs and watched my keys sit on the counter for over 20 minutes when vehicle was done without anyone taking notice to check me out. I wouldn’t say it a bad experience knowing they were doing what they could with what they have, I would just state there is room for improvement with customer relations

Customer service was great.

I know the shop was short 2 bodies, but almost 90 minutes for an oil change was excessive. I was recovering from knee surgery and my body did not hold up well. The employees were super helpful and understanding. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait due to manpower shortages.

I wish I knew the name of the friendly man that checked me in. He was great. I wanted to have my tires rotated but the gentleman that worked on my car told him that he wouldn’t recommend doing that as the best tires were on the rear and probably should be replaced before winter. They showed me what to look for which NO ONE has ever done before. They priced out new tires and I will get them soon. I was very happy with the service and will tell my friends.
