I went in for an oil change, but before they finished, they asked me about my dirty cabin and engine filters. They installed them and performed a complimentary oil change, which made me very happy. In which I rated them with five stars. Furthermore, they also gave me images for my car during the repairs

The inside of the car had dirt/grease marks all over after the service was performed. The oil change price and tire rotation were good, but the car should be returned in the condition it was left in. I shouldn’t have to go buy wipes to clean off the grease. It was especially annoying because some got on the upper fabric that doesn’t wipe clean.

Employees wasted 2 hours trying to figure out how to take my car door apart when the problem wound up being solved by removing a cap on the side. When i told them i would just repair it my self the manager loudly cursed at me infront of the waiting room full of customers and still charged 130 bucks for the zero work the performed. I will never be back. I will never let any one i know go to midas.

The $75 price of a synthetic oil change is a deterrent. Swimming through Midas’ “pricing games” across the internet to find an applicable sale is annoying. I don’t appreciate the elaborate Halloween decor in the store and would rather the time and money spent there be redirected into a better auto maintenance value for the customer.

We have used Midas in Columbus Ohio but found that the town east of where we live was much more convenient, i.e., they answer the phone, are pleasant, can confirm appts, etc etc. This was our 2nd family vehicle that we brought in 2 months. The service was excellent, Kyle, the mgr, was most patient with all my questions, and he allowed a small discount card to be used, that I bought as a school fundraiser. I appreciate the small price break that the card allowed me. As a senior citizen, there are not many things discounted. Kyle was probably the most professional person I have dealt with REGARDING car care in the last 40 of my 60+ years. As a senior citizen, I appreciated his kindness, honesty and patience.
Was unable to make an apoointment online, was able to make one over the phone for the next day. Drop off and pickup was easy. Description of issues on my vehicle and repair needs were well communicated. Price was acceptable for the amount of work performed.
The whole experience was great…but, Joe was a blessing to deal with. He even brought me back to compare tires so I could make the best choice for me. He didn’t try to pressure me on anything. And when he discovered the brakes had been screwed up by another shop he alerted me because he overheard me and my wife talking about my road-trip and he wanted me to be safe. He gained a loyal customer.

Not returning Vehicle was damaged during serviceAC compressor clutch on a f150. After two days attempting to repair Manager Joe informed me that he was unable to repair and had stripped the mounting bolts beyond servicing and the clutch was now locked and the truck could not be moved. I had to hire a towing service to remove and deliver to dealership where repairs where completed at a $500 premium for tow and extra service due to Midas repair attempt.
Complete the task that was requested. Don’t make excuses for the work not completed.
