Scheduling my appointment was very easy online. The location is easy to find. Though the man at the counter was on the phone, he was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple. The wait didn't feel very long at all. I believe I arrived around 9:30 am and my car was ready by 10:10 am. I will definitely return for my next oil change.

I feel the pricing should be communicated up front for oil change. It was 75.99 total i guess & I had a $20 coupon off and my total invoice due was $68. Whaaaaat?! How is that a $20 discount. I should have spoke up then but Im sure it wouldn't have mattered. Valvoline EXPRESS is cheaper and that is usually the highest, now its Midas.

I scheduled my appointment online. It was very easy. I dropped my car off for an oil change. Before we got done shopping, my car was done. The person I talked to was very nice and friendly.
My car was on the lift for 45 mins before someone came out to tell me that the oil plug washer was leaking and needed replacement. I approved it and he said they would get it changed, the oil filled and I would be on my way. He did not tell me it had to be ordered from somewhere. Then he came out over an hour later and said they ordered from the wrong store two times, so my car was sitting there waiting on nothing. For one thing, it should not have taken 45 mins from the time it was put on the lift to determine the need for the plug. My guess is, they had a hard time getting it off and damaged it, which would explain the time. But then I should not have been charged for it. And when they ordered from the wrong place they should have communicated that it would be a longer wait, but nothing was said, I was just left in the lobby to wait even longer.

Associate did not state or ask about tire rotation. I made it a point to tell him I wanted tires rotated and he looked at the work bay and said to me..well thays going to take longer. I told him I don't care do it anyways. 30 mins layer another guy came out and tires yet again to talk me out of it. Quality of service has declined since secret shops have stopped. Woodville location specifically is the worst location by far. I normally drive 39 kins out of my way to go to holland-sylvania location but the manager has recently moved onto a new job and that was why I went there because I trusted him and how he ran that location. The price of oil change is more but you are getting less for that price.
