I come all the way out to Oberlin for this Midas because of Keith. He treats me with respect and is honest. What I don't like is someone being condescending to me about the repair to my vehicle. I dropped my husband's car off because one of the tires had a slow leak. We couldn't see what was causing it and we had just bought the tires 9 months prior. My husband picked the car up because I was at an appointment and he told my husband to tell his wife to watch where shes driving because she ran over a screw. FIRST of all that's his car, SECOND of all ANYONE can run over a screw/nail etc.I don't appreciate this guy implying that the only reason a screw ended up in one of our vehicles tires is because he thought I was driving it and I am a woman. He would never have said that to my husband, in fact when my husband told him it was his car the guy said "oh". It's rude and uncalled for.
