$100 hose, like $14.99 in missing coolant (missing only 2.8L) is all I paid to fix my poor old car. I was of course willing to pay labor for a shop. Even upwards of a total cost of $350 which is more that fair for the 15 minutes it took me to fix. They tried charging me $650. Absolutely a scam. They quoted a $200 hose? Was it made out of gold? Who knows cause I refused that absolutely high roaded price. Labor was extreame even could ting in a flush and refill. Reevaluate your prices. No ones got that kind of coin after the pandemic.

My car has 10k miles on it. I get an oil change every 5k miles. This was my second oil change and this is the only place that touched my car since I bought it. My last appointment back in Nov of 2023 I got an oil change and tire rotation. They never said they couldn't do it because the wheel lock was missing. Now this appointment we go and get and oil change and tire rotation and was told they can't do the rotation bc the wheel lock is missing. And then was told they never did a tire rotation last time. That's funny bc it's included in the oil change and I was never told they didn't do the tire rotation my paperwork says they did. So based off that it means my wheel lock was never returned to my vehicle and now it's over $200 to get the dealership to unlock and replace with new ones.

I have been dealing with this Midas since shortly after it opened. I had been with another national company for quite a few years. It seemed like there were ALWAYS ADDITIONAL WORK that needed to be done, making me leary that they were scamming me, a woman. I have never felt anything but respected at Midas. They make sure I have a good value for my money and seem interested in seeing me be a returning customer.

As an American, waiting is just not in our DNA, however they make you feel comfortable and relaxed which in turns makes the wait seem much less.I will say that pleasing the legal beagles with your repetitive signings to complete the transactions is a nuisance-prepare your paperwork so that one signature covers it, that's my only complaint.

I was quoted $900 for tires and an oil change. I had an appointment that I scheduled on Monday for the following Saturday. Was told when I got to my appointment that the quote was wrong and it was $1,300. $100 difference per tire AND the major problem is they didn’t even have the tires that were scheduled to be put on my car at the appointment time. Ridiculous.

An inspection was done on my car and everything was marked clearly about how it looked. I was expecting to pay more but was happy they didn't charge for any work that didn't need to be done.

Your associates failed to listen to the customer. I told them where thought the noise in my exhaust was coming from but they told me it was something else. They wanted me to pay $1500 for the repair. I went to Mytee Muffler, told them exactly what l told your people. They found a crack in the pipe, where l told your people, l paid $215.50 for the repair. So, your company got nothing!!! Your competitor got paid because they listened.

We arrived in Perrysburg by car for a 50th BDay celebration for our daughter. We drove 450 miles in our 2014 Jeep and used the AC for most of the trip. The AC essentially stopped working after we arrived. Since it was a holiday weekend we noted that most auto service shops were closed. From Perrysburg we were traveling 500 miles to Tennessee where it is hot and humid. My son-in-law recommended Midas in Perrysburg because of the online scheduling. I completed the form online and received a reply back within 2 hrs that my appointment was confirmed for the next morning. On arrival, I explained the issue and agreed c a diagnostic service which pinpointed the issue as a defective blower motor. I was given an estimate and agreed. The service was completed and the AC worked flawlessly during my 10 hr drive to TN. MIDAS Perrysburg did a great job at a reasonable cost. I appreciated the competent work, the reasonable cost and the expedient service.

both times I have had to bring in my company owned vehicle for oil change maintenance, they have always gotten me in right away (first I would call to see if they are busy and they always tell me to just come in). I sit in the lobby and do some computer work and before you know it, it is done. We are part of the Enterprise Fleet program so maybe that is why it is so easy to get done what is needed to get done.
We were told by a competitor that the oil cap was too tight and cracked. They showed us a broken part and refused to change the oil. When we brought the car, Midas found zero issues and in fact showed us the part they lied about. I appreciate the honesty!

All in all I knew my vehicle had weird oil specs...and we did talk about it before my vehicle was in the service bay, however my vehicle oil was drained before they realized they didn't have the correct oil to put back in (OW-40 Synthetic). The ordered oil from a local AutoZone. The price of the oil change was more than I would normally pay, but they took care of it and got me out of there as quickly as possible. My reason for coming was a ball joint. I was call quickly to let me know the cost but when told I needed an alignment I was not provided a price. Once I got home I noticed that I was billed for a 3 year alignment package ($149.99) without being asked if that’s what I wanted. I was under the impression I was being charged for a one time service.
When scheduling in advance make sure the parts are available before scheduling. Parts were not available at time of schedule appointment. Had to wait 2 hours for parts to be delivered
The manager explained that I did not need to have my brakes serviced, as initially expected, and gave a clear time line for when I should return for service.
The brakes failed and the car had to be towed in without an appointment. It was assessed promptly and repairs made. There was frequent phone communication and texted photos to accurately describe the problem(s) and necessary repairs. I felt valued and as an integral part of the entire process.

This location was short staffed, yet I didn't receive a call to bring my car in later. I sat for just shy of an hour before my car was taken in to the bay for the oil change. Noone communicated with me that it would take longer when I arrived. I completely understand being short staffed and that was not the issue, it was no communication. I was on my lunch from work I arrived at your store at 11:30 and left at 1:20. Way too long for an oil change only. I also requested no tire rotation but when I noticed they were looseing the lug nuts on my car I had to walk into garage area to tell them not to rotate the tires. Been coming to Midas for years with numerous vehicles, was frustrating.

Everyone was friendly and helpful on the visit. My problem was that the plastic molded piece under my car was not secured properly after the oil change. I did not realize it until the next day when likely there was enough vibration that caused it to start to sag down. The piece is now scratched and cracked and my husband had to run out to Autozone at 7:30 am to get screws to refasten it so we could leave on vacation. Thankfully we did not have an accident and it did not come completely off and injured or damage another driver.
