I was fit in even though the schedule was full. I was able to drop off my vehicle and and get my tire repaired without any extra wait time and great service.

Time after time I book appointments online. I get to the store and am told that an oil change is going to be 5-6 hours and I’m 10th in line or whatever. This is AFTER I made an “online appointment” The online scheduler is a joke and puts the customer AND store manager in unnecessary predicaments. The fact is I had lived in Pickerington and used this store for a lot of years since it opened.. Recently moved out of Pickerington but still go there. Steve was awesome to work with and he got me fit in even though they were already packed with cars ahead of me at 10 am. They completed the oil change within my “appointment time” of 10-12. The online scheduling is broken and doesn’t know the store’s backlog and previous commitments or the store associates need refreshed on how to use said system..

Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. The technician didn’t even try to change my tires. When I raised concern I was told that my tires were absolutely rotated. Upon returning home I could tell that they were not. I was charged for the service and assured it happened but it clearly hadn’t. I called about this and they told me to bring it in and they then had the same guy who said he did it before do it again. I could be wrong but I believe in a tire rotation the front tires move back and switch sides. This didn’t happen. All he did was swap the front and back tires. No one even asked the tech why he said he did a job he didn’t do. No one offered any type of refund. And only as I was getting in my car to leave did I get the first apology.

They fit me in without an appointment even though they were busy. They quickly identified the issue and offered several options for the repair. They had the product on hand and fixed the issue quickly.

Steve and Jay were friendly, informative, even funny when discussing my car's problem and status during my visit. I had to wait at the store while the work was being done, so they fixed my flat tire quickly, even though they had to squeeze this work in between other jobs they had. Customer service was very good and I felt very welcomed

first of all, the online schedule and the actual store schedules need to be synced. This was my 4th attempt that finally did not get cancelled after scheduling over a month out. And then, the store was over booked and my car sat in the lot for about 32 hours before it was even looked at. All the services I requested could not be completed before I needed the car back. Next, some of the prices are way too high. $100 worth of parts with a $13K labor markup. WTH!? For me though, honestly, if I make an appointment, honor it, don't make excuses, and don't cancel it 20 minutes before the scheduled time. If I ever come back, it will be for the cheap, quick services like oil changes, and only when I know I can get the service completed within the hour.

I was told my vehicle was ready at 4:20 pm it was dropped off for appointment At 9am. The store employee told me the store closes at 5pm but I could pay now and pick up vehicle after 5 said keys would be inside the receipt in the sun visor. I went to pick up the car after I laid there were no keys left in the vehicle do to this being a holiday weekend I won’t be able to get my car until Tuesday 8 am !!! At the earliest this is unacceptable!!! I have no way to work for two days !

I was able to schedule my appointment online and received a confirmation very quickly. This helped because I was at work and wanted to get my card in for the weekend. I arrived on Saturday morning when they opened. The employee was very cheerful and professional. I was the second person after I arrived and my car was pulled in for inspections promptly. The desk employee was very professional and gave me a very reasonable quote for my repairs. I was satisfied with the staff and that my car was serviced and I was on my way by 10:30 a.m. This allowed me to proceed have my day free for more errands before the Memorial Day weekend. I scheduled my appointment on line, once I arrived during my appointment window I was told that the online appointment system just piles on services even if the local shop is behind. My intent was to stay with my vehicle but couldn't due to my vehicle wasn't going to be looked at the time of my appointment but hours later.
