appoint was at 100 for oil change and brakes inspection ask them at 530 if they were going to look at brakes closed at 500 kept asking what was going on ? at 700 told had wrong pads had to wait on pads ,hadnt started job yet, at 830 told me they broke axle would have to come back on monday ,66 year old , own 3 autos was life time customer. look it up spent alot of money, no discount pay in full .who you think is going pay for axle ? call me if you want more reasons

Apparently the tires needed for my vehicle are not stocked at the local Midas location and must be trucked to Springfield, Ohio from Cincinnati. The gentleman stated that they have been trying to convince the company to stock more of these tires, locally, as the area uses a large volume of these bigger tires. I waited in the Midas waiting from 9:00am to 5:00pm for the tires to arrive, be installed and aligned. Once the tires did arrive, the local Midas crew completed all the work in less than 2 hours even though they were one employee short. The local Midas crew did an excellent job but the overall experience was marred by the wait for the tires to be trucked in from Cincinnati to Springfield.

Literally had the van towed to the store at 2:00 AM. Called to verify who I was and what I was experiencing, received a call back a couple of hours later with the diagnosis. After I approved the repair, my van was ready to go in a few hours. Excellent experience all around.

Charged me over $1700 to replace the steering knuckle and left my car out of alignment!!! Tried to replace parts that did not need replacing so my warranty company denied the claim. Tried to charge a storage fee for having my car there a few days!! I had a few trouble lights on before the repair but after I have several like hill assist problems power steering problem etc. It is like they were mad I couldn’t afford $3000 in repairs so they did a terrible job on purpose. Needed a wheel alignment as previously diagnosed. Made an appointment for a wheel alignment. When I came in the rep. Was pushing there was an issue with my car. I told him no. I just need a wheel alignment. He refused service with out add ons of diagnostic fees. I told him I've already paid for this service I just need an alignment. He argued with me about needing a balance after needling that there were issues with my car. I said no I just need an alignment please do what I made my appointment for. He refused, so I guess Midas didn't want our business.
I came in at 1:30pm to an empty building there was no one there but me. Was quoted an hour roughly once work started at 2pm. Left with work completed at 4:30ish. More than double the time quoted? Seemed they were eating and standing around a lot I was waiting quite a while. Also was noticing that didn't seem to lay down any protection on seats/floor mats. Dirty handprints on interior. I guess you can't expect perfection but you would think they'd wipe it down and return the ac/heat settings to what they were when they entered the vehicle. Came in my heat was set to 72 degrees when I got in my truck it was cranked max which I never do it's way to hot. Anyway just some small issues.

I paid 140$ for a inspection of my vehicle, when I gave them all of my concerns of the vehicle. I kept the vehicle there for 8 hrs, when I came back nothing was done. They said they were busy and didn't have a chance to look at it. They asked to keep vehicle over night so I told them I had to work 8-4 the next day I would come pick it up afterwards. Came and picked it up about 5 the car was up all taken apart. They said give them 20 mins they would have it ready. I left and took 30-45 mins came back it was still taken apart. I waited 15 more minutes and it was ready. Why I was charged for my words of concern of the car idk why I got the diagnostic of things I already needed for the car idk. The fact that I can't buy my own parts for my car and have the people of midas put them on and just pay for the labor I'll never know. I will never do business here again.

First be realistic about how long it’s going to take for services. Simple oil change air filter should not take more than twice as long as estimated. My oil gauge was not reset. This is pretty typical. I’ve been to this location before I’ve had to remind him to do it and I forgot to remind them this time so I did not get done. They didn’t return my wheel lock. I had to return it and get it once I realized I didn’t put it back in my truck. And also my truck smelled like marijuana. I went back and complain to the manager but I’m sure nothing was done so all in all pretty crappy visit with his location. Only reason I went there is the price. it anymore I can change oil, so it doesn’t really matter when you take it.
I was having an issue with my exhaust. After inspection, Midas was able to tighten up some loose brackets and fix my problem.
This was my first time doing business with Midas and I have never been so at peace with what I needed done to my vehicle. The manager Michael was great to work with. Over communicative and made sure I knew what was going to happen and what it was going to cost. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be going back!
I called about my tire having low PSI and putting air in half a dozen times. I was told to bring it in and they could take care of me. they got me in right away and fixed my tire and i was out the door. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable waiting area.

If a customer schedules an appointment, and then you send an email confirming that appointment, make sure that time is available instead of rescheduling the customer after they arrive for the scheduled appointment. In addition, if you don't take the time to call the customer to let them know the appointment time they have scheduled is not available, don't make excuses for your mistake by saying the appointments scheduled online are "inaccurate". Scheduling an appointment, receiving confirmation of that appointment, then driving all the way there to be told the service you scheduled cannot be completed because they will be closing so they don't have time to perform the scheduled service, is unacceptable. Gas isn't free and I would prefer that our time not be wasted because, according to the employee, the website is nationwide and appointments made through it are inaccurate. This is not only unacceptable, but totally unprofessional for a company as established as Midas.
