I had to bring 3 kids with me to get an oil change. Not always fun but the midas team had little snacks and drinks and coloring books for the kids. The manger came out and talked to me and the kids and let me know what was going on the whole time. I will never go anywhere else for work for my suv.

I was recommended by a friend to visit midas in stow Ohio for an estimate on brakes and was pleasantly surprised by the price for one axle and an oil change! The manager was very helpful and explained every facet of the work to be done and the parts needed. Waiting area was comfortable with coffee and water and snacks which snacks I don’t usually have but I did have coffee. I waited for work to be completed and didn’t have to wait very long. Jason (manager) and his staff were so extremely friendly. I didn't feel talked down to; they were very honest and willing to explain all the issues they saw as my vehicle was being serviced. I was able to discuss my vehicle's condition and ask questions, and I was not in any way pushed to get additional service unless I wanted it at that time. Fair pricing and comfortable, clean environment. Definitely a place I would take my vehicle back to for additional servicing. The most attentive auto shop I have ever been to!

I suspected a nail in my tire. I needed it fixed quickly because I was driving to Maryland the next day. They were very honest about how busy it was and the time it would take. I let them know how urgent it was and left my car. I was informed the next morning I needed a new tire and approved it. The guy was really apologetic For the time but I was willing to wait because I know the quality of service and I still made it back to Maryland in time.

The Midas in Stow is the best place to go and have your car servicyin the entire Stow-Kent area. The managers and owners are always polite, and have your best interest in mind. The mechanics always do a wonderful job. Everyone there is so hard working, and more then helpful. This is the only place I can take my car to get serviced and not have to stress or worry. They also work very fast and diligently no matter what day, or time. Since I have found them I have a hard time taking my Acura anywhere else. They always do an outstanding job!

Lied to about how much I was saving with the muffler lifetime guaranteed. Muffler savings price was highly inflated. Charged outrageously for central pipe. I asked a question about the newly installed muffler and then afterwards the associate, who was the assistant manager, went over all the paperwork with his middle finger. Felt this was his way to insult me because I asked questions about the muffler. I am taking the car to another shop next week to see if you actually did the work that was promised.
