This is not my 1st visit to this Midas on Alexis in Toledo, Ohio. Overall I am satisfied and enjoyed a great experience, which is consistent with my prior visits. I was able to easily schedule an appointment over the phone to change my oil and do a vehicle inspection. Further, there was a steady streeam of customers receiving service to their vehicles the entire time I was there. Both the associates working the front desk (Kyle & Tyler) were respectful, professional and communicated information and expectations throughout the process. The facility was clean. The service I needed was completed in a timely fashion. I did not encounter any problems/issues. Further, I was provided suggestions on changing wiper blades that were streaking as well as the front driver side ball joint. As I politely declined, there was no pressure/sales tactics to convince me otherwise. I highly recommend and will be going back.
We were not sure if they would be the ones to fix our window issue. They took our van in and called within an hour to let us know the price and they then called when the repair was complete.

oil change was done quickly.only complaint is that my wife took the car in and was asked if she wanted tires rotated.she doesnt know anything about this.should have just roatated tires if it was needed.
My vehicle was pulsating/vibrating when I used the brake pedals. After I left last Saturday after having spent $650 on new all four (4) brakes, and front roters/calipers, my vehicle was experiencing the same problem of pulsating/vibrating when I used the brakes. Since Sunday Midas was closed, I had to try on the next business day Monday. I had work and drove to work on Monday with the same problem. Thankfully, I was able to come after work that same Monday late afternoon and have this Midas successfully resolve my issue/problem. Thankfully, I was not charged for my 2nd visit!

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Last time I had my tires rotated my lug nuts were messed up, I did not say anything. I purchased new lug nuts and asked them to replace them. They said it would be $40. I said you are already taking my lug nuts off that you destroyed last time , what is the big deal putting my new lug nuts on? Oh well
Stop requiring down payment. Ordered new tires. They did not make to the location as scheduled. Was riding on my donut. Also the last two oil changes my oil change interval was not reset properly. Quality of service seems to have gone down.

I always take my Jeep and Mustang to the Alexis location. Bob (??) is always helpful and gets me in, techs explain what they find if anything - which they don't. Never a problem. Will return. I do synthetic and they check it when I need it to be checked if I pop in. Bob (??) was able to combine all my receipt book things all in one since I go there alot and it is easier to have one versus a bunch of them. I usually have a coupon and I have had military discount used as well, but this time he didn't, but they did in the past. But that was ok, still wasn't bad for full synthetic and the promptness that the tech did the work.

Oil changes at Midas could not beat, if found cheaper Midas would match but normally Midas had best in town, this visit new car took full synthetic Tyler said it would be $75, passed Tireman and said oil change $64 plus $5 off coupon. Told Tyler he said nothing he could do his is not on sale, okay said see ya, guess I will be going to Tireman from now on! Been with Midas for 20 years!

For starters, I drive what I would call an "off brand", a Toyota Prius. It's comforting to know I don't have to visit the dealer for every service issue that arises. Secondly, I'm thrilled Midas reports service visits to Carfax. When I go to sell and the carfax report is pulled, those service visits (regular oil changes and other Midas offerings like tires) add value. Finally, I have 543,000 miles on my 2 work vehicles. Manager was understanding with what I wanted done and why. Had radiator flushed was having a issue with gage going to hot, but not overheating. My grandson changedthe thermostat, still had rough idle and engine lag, using more fuel than normal. Manger stated that the heater core was really dirty and stated it would be completed shortly. The vehicle was test driven. I paid for the service which was accurate amount that was quoted. Upon leaving with my van, there was no longer an issue with rough idle, engine lag, and it started right up without hesitation. I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with. Place is clean, restroom is very clean, mechanics were dressed professionally and acted professionally. The manager is a great man. I went to Midas yesterday and i waited 3 hours for the guy told me i needed a radiator for 744.00 dollars so i went to tuffy this morning and it was going to be 340.00 for the same service after checking my car the guy came and informed me that it was not
