The manager named Scott was very helpful and friendly! The man who worked on my car named Tim was also very helpful and friendly and he took me to work and picked me up also!The problem was the next day they both were off and the people there did not give great customer service as Scott and Tom did! I called twice during the day and they said part was on its way and be there on 20mins then next time oh yeah its on its way will be done shortly then by time I wad ready to get off work called again and now was told part was stuck in Cleveland and car would not be ready today and I had to find my own way home and back to work the next day! Needless to say I wad very UNHAPPY! I felt like I was given the run around and misled! The good part is the next day Scott and Tim were both back and took care of the problem and got me my car fixed and Tim came picked me up from work and took me to get my car! It is employees like Scott (the manger) & Tim that keep me coming back to this Midas! They care about me as a customer!

I showed up first thing Saturday morning. They brought my car right into the service bay, let me know what was going on (I could also see what was going on), and had me back on the road in short order.
Speed up the process and lower your prices
I drove my car in and explained what it was doing....the manager had his associate take it for a drive and they pulled in right away. Upon inspection my brake caliper had frozen. The manager quoted me a price and said they would start working on it right away. I was surprised how they were able to get the car in/complete the work in just acouple hours. While I waited the manager offered me coffee, water ,and gave me an application for a rebate. Very pleased with my service.
Just overall great service
They did not have the exact Cooper tire that I needed in stock, so instead I had to get a Cooper tire knock off. Other than that I love Midas.

1. An engine light problem was quickly diagnosed and remedied. A bad solenoid was the source of the problem.2. Squeaky brake noise turned out not to be a problem at all. Both the rotors and pads turned out to be okay.

Better communication with what the issue was. Was told bolt was locked up won't move need new inner tire rod to do alignment. I took home broke free and brought back, but then mechanic says the inner tie rod is bad won't push to do alignment. I took home check and rod is fine, not broke. Not sure what the issue was but feel it was more of mechanic either trying to get more money from me or didn't know how to free it up like I did. I didn't bring back because I wasn't confident that he will do a good job knowing I be coming back to tell him he was wrong. Inner rod is fine. Rod is moving, I plan to take elsewhere to get alignment. I replaced wheel bearing and outter tire rods , just needed an alignment. Feel like something wasn't right with situation.
When I left my car was making a noise in the front not noise but was wobbling a little I went by my brother and they hadn’t tightened up all the nuts when they rotated my tires in my front on the drivers side
They change my air filter however they did not place it right and it did not cover in right place where it kept leak air and suck air through the filter
