I’ve had nothing but great service with the new manager that’s there now. He’s very courteous.

Apply store coupon when offered to customers. Commit to a Test Drive after replacing brakes/rotors. If not, don't charge customers for the Test. don't get me wrong about the staff, the manager was nice and personable. I did enjoy that.

Rich was a delightful manager who definitely wants this establishment to shine.

I live very close to the Woodville road location and have had so many problems and miss trust, I won’t go there anymore. I make sure to make my appointment at the Holland-Sylvania location which is close to my work.

Hire more people? Figure out how to schedule service more efficiently. One minute the garage would be busy the next minute NO ONE would be in the garage working. Seemed to be a lot of breaks. I was there for a front brake pad replacement that took 6 hours. They were not familiar with any of the promotions that were on your website - I feel I got bait and switched.

The staff have been helpful - I started coming when my car was broken down and needed to get towed to the shop to be repaired it was all completed in the same day came back for an oil change and they communicated well on what’s going on and what I needed and gave me prices for breaks and rotors around with labor and for a broken sway bar so I know what to expect when I come back

My wife's van 2014 Chrysler Town and Country received an oil change on 3/25 and the next morning there was oil everywhere under the van. I have now used Midas for my last 2 oil changes. They take you to your vehicle and review everything they find. They give you options of buying but are not pushy. I feel they are honest.
