This location is the only Midas I will take my vehicle to. The staff is friendly, keeps me up t date on my vehicle work, and is done when they say it will be done. Great staff.

The staff were friendly, they explained the issue I had with my tire and were able to replace it in the next hour even though I was a walk in and did not have an appointment. I use this Midas frequently and have great service every time I need my car serviced.

I was very satisfied as the problem I had with my car was solved however, I noticed another issue the next day which I did not experience before. I am not sure if this new issue was as a result of what was fixed but I am taking the car back this afternoon for inspection.

Very easy to make an appointment for the following morning. i arrived 15 minutes before the shop opened and the associate still opened the door and took care of me dropping my vehicle off. Received texts about status. Will return.

Just moved into the area and wanted to get my car serviced properly. I asked for the brakes to be inspected and they took their time and did a complete inspection for me as well as an oil change. Mario talked to me during the process and explained everything and everyone was very friendly. It made me feel comfortable knowing that they took the time to check everything over and let me know what work will need done in the future to keep my car running smoothly. I towed my car in just before closing to get it checked out and I fully expected to wait a few days to hear back but I got a call first thing the very next day stating what the problem was, what options I have going forward, prices, and how long it would take. Gavin was excellent he was professional, understanding and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had getting a car fixed. The guys in the back were great too even offers me a water while I waited. 10/10

The convenience of serving.

The associate was extremely friendly and helpful on Wednesday 2-8-23. He explained issues he saw with my tires and had recommendations to fix them. He was then able to fix them in a timely manner. Service was excellent.

They identified the problem in a first touch

The Service Manager was friendly and explained everything in detail. Because of the free inspection, they found an issue I wasn't aware of and will have it taken care of within the next few weeks.

I was very specific about work that needed to be done on the online appointment form. No call was received after form submitted (more than 24 hrs before appointment). Then it took the staff all day to decide they didn’t want to work on the car and couldn’t order parts. I understand this shop may not be capable of the work needed, but that shouldn’t take almost 2 full days to be communicated to the customer.

Tad was very friendly and fixed my issue the same day. He explained everything that he did and did a great job. My car has been running perfect since I brought it in.

Always take my vehicles there for oil changes and never had any issues.

First issue was that they overcharged me as they forgot to take off a $30 item that I opted not to have done. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were able to refund on the spot. They weren’t as they said they didn’t know how to process a credit card refund, I had to drive back the next day as they needed to contact someone to figure it out. So another trip and waste of gas. Then, they changed the cabin filter and our AC started making a very loud blowing noise. So I had to drive back out AGAIN to have them fix it, apparently leaves dropped in when they changed it and they had to clean it out. So another trip with more gas money spent. Very frustrating.

They took my car in early and did a great job with the oil and tire rotation.

Very satisified returning customer. The manager, Tad, is awesome and always explains to customers what they are paying for. One of the last "honest" places you can take your vehicle. They do not perform services without your say-so first. From my very first visit, I have watched how they treat other customers coming in, and they have always been straighforward with everyone. Today I watched one of the mechanics (I believe his name is Kevin) come into the lobby and showed another customer a video of her brake line leak, along with a printout of the cost of parts, and thoroughly explained what work needed to be performed. The amount of professionalism at this location is unmatched!

My vehicle was towed here because it was the closest location. I was given an estimate of a $350 part with a total bill of almost $800. I called Autozone and they said the part costs $140. Midas told me the difference in cost was because of their guarantee
