On the Thursday after my oil change I heard wind and scraping on my way to work, stopped at AAA to find that clips were missing or not clipped properly on the metal splash shield, which is now damaged and held into place with a zip tie!!!!! Also the attendant showed me the engine air filter & said “this is the air you breathe in your vehicle “ only for AAA to show me the actual cabin air filter was filthy and was not checked by Midas! Also, they didn’t even bother to reset the oil minder. This location is quickly going down in quality of service!!

My vehicle was taken in right away when I arrived for my appointment. I waited for the inspection to be completed which did not take long and once done, an associate thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle and the various options for repairs, including recommendations for service that should be completed sooner rather than later. Although the repairs were unable to be completed that evening, they kept the vehicle overnight and had it ready within a couple of hours after opening the following day.

Despite scheduling an appointment and receiving a confirmation email, store did not have me scheduled when I arrived for my appointment and suggested that I was in the wrong . They quickly retracted when I showed the email but still offered many reasons why they might not get to the car or why I might be forced to wait an extended period of time.In the end they serviced the car in what seemed a reasonable amount of time though no explanation or apology was given for their failure to log the scheduled appointment.

I had explained what I needed when I made the appointment. I was on time and Midas was ready when I arrived. They went to work on my car and finished at a reasonable time. The associates were friendly and , of course, discussed other things I needed.

Because the prices are expensive as heck but I know my car will be fixed right and usually it comes with a warranty. Repeat customers should be given some type of discounts. In this past year, I’ve spent well over $3000 just to get my car fixed and most of it is in labor 🤦🏽‍♀️

I had a brake inspection done & it turned out that nothing was wrong with my brakes. The Midas associate was friendly and didn't treat me like an insane woman. Plus, I was given the measurements for the different brake parts & now I know almost exactly when I'll be needing brake work done.

The wrong parts were delivered to the shop. Other parts had to be ordered and the time to complete was an hour later. I'm not sure if the fault was with the parts company or Midas.

I scheduled an appointment online. Joel at shop called because the appointment time selected online wasn't available but we quickly found an available time that would work. Arrived the next day for my oil change appointment. Vehicle wasn't pulled into the bay until half an hour after my appointment and it took an hour to complete the oil change. During this time the tech was seen frequently making small talk with other employees and the overall process was very inefficient.
