I was told my vehicle would be done by 1:30 or 2 and it was not completed until after 4:00 I also did not receive a call explaining the delay I finally called after 3:00 and they told me a very long version of why the delay that sounded like an excuse I was getting irritated because I had to be somewhere later in the day,if I had been aware of the situation sooner I could have made other arrangements

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change to avoid having to wait too long or to be told that it wouldn't be possible that day due to all associates being occupied with other customers' vehicles the rest of the day. It took almost 2 hours to complete. I thought that was a little too long. I don't want this to sound like a negative review because the staff there have always been very friendly and helpful and perform very high-quality service. I've been a customer of this location for years and will continue to be.

Great service

I am so confused and concerned by the pricing! Why did I get charged $69.99 for each individual spark plug, times four spark plugs? That's an astronomically high price per unit. I can buy a pack of 4 for $30. Thanks for listening.

The only qualm was that tire pressures were also not checked and replaced as needed as most places typically perform this as part of that service as well.

The timing for the oil change and service and the time before they took vehicle on a bay after a scheduled appointment

An investigation of my AC was performed. After determining they were unable to fix the problem, they gave me recommendations for who to contact next. I was not charged a penny for the investigation, which they absolutely could have done. It’s quality care like this that keeps me coming back to Midas.

Customer service is good and they don’t pressure you. They take apts and it’s always a fast service.

Brian was very understanding of the situation and offered a fast and cost-effective solution to my brake issue. The ease to schedule the appoint was fantastic, it was a same day turnaround from schedule to completion of the job.

I needed brakes. Made an online appointment on Monday night. Dropped car off Tuesday morning. Was done within a few hours. Service called me with the issues and gave me the price.

Few places take reservations for oil changes anymore and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to secure an appointment on web site with no trouble and for the next day. I was immediately approached by the manager and within five minutes the tech had the car on the rack.

Why make an appointment if it takes a hour for them to pull the vehicle in for an oil change?Then it takes an hour more.Noon appointment, I left at 2pm.For an oil change.

Everything was explained and done as promised

I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get in the next day which is good. When I got there I was greeted right away and within an hour they called to give me my quote. My car was ready the next day and I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted. I only dealt with one person who was very knowledgeable and nice.

The associate decided to balance my tires with out my knowledge and tell me they were out and charge me 40$ one tire was 1 oz off and I paid for a full balance

Took in my truck for warranty. Muffler lasted only 3.5 years. Associate tried to sell me a complete catalytic converter back with muffler warrantied. Claim was exhaust pipes to aged to attach replacement muffler. He refused to put on a warrantied muffler. I was unwilling to spend $800. I was told to have my mechanic put on all new exhaust pipe and bring it back. Then he would put on my warrantied muffler for $75. I took it to my mechanic who put a new muffler on without problem. No exhaust pipes replaced. $350. So much for a lifetime warranty.

took my 2015 Jeep in to have them check out rattling sound coming from under the engine and rear of the vehicle. Noise was prominent. Service technicians stated that it was the rear brakes and that after replacement the noise would cease. Could not do it that day so we rescheduled for the following Friday. Kept appointment although it took 45 minutes to get into a stall. Brakes replaced. On my way home i heard the noise again and as strong as ever. Called Midas immediately and had to wait till Saturday afternoon to get it in. On Saturday they test drove it and acknowledged the noise was still there and after placing it on a lift found that 4 bolts holding the trasmission were broken which caused the rattling noise. Had to take my Jeep to a Jeep dealer to get the appropriate repairs. Very unhappy.

Was not pleased with the quote I was given. Maybe it was acquirate , maybe not. My car is 18 yrs old. They wanted me to spend $1400 exactly for a complete brake job. As a senior citizen & female, I think they were taking advantage of me. While I realise Midas is usually a reputable company, I think this was extreme. I chose another company for the service I needed. Yes, I needed new brake pads all around. But my rotors and calipers just needed cleaning. By bill from them was less than $600. I am sure the brakes will last for as long as I still have the car. I will return for my oil changes, but will think twice about other services.

I’m a person that likes professionalism and i felt that i received it. I was also told about another problem with my car and i felt that was also awesome!

There is always room for improvement. The staff was and is always great and I have never had any issues with getting any work done there. They go above and beyond to make sure I know what they did and recommendations of what I need to get done in the near future. We usually always take our vehicles to these guys. This location and staff is wonderful and don't sell you whatbyou don't need but are straight forward with whay you should get amd when it is needed. Never any pressure to get services not needed. Will also being going back soon for more maintenance! Great job guys!

I first got a price for a belt today from Midas at 99$ and a idler pulley at 65$ lol I call auto zone and the belt is 25.99$ and the pulley was 27.99. Mind you this is a ten minute fix at most! And they tried charging 140$ for labor. Get real
