The Westerville shop is great. The techs are well trained and educated. They are extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of all cars and trucks. They do not over charge nor do they replace parts that do not need replaced at that point. This is one of the only service centers I have trust in. I'd bring all cars in that I own of I need them serviced. They are fabulous.

I visited this location twice for two separate issues within a 24 hour period. Once for an issue with my exhaust which was replaced in a very timely manner and I was up and running later that day.The next day I returned for another issue. “I need you to find this sound”“What sound?”“I don’t know”That was the exchange from the manager that led me to working with the assistant manager (who I’m kicking myself that I’m blanking on his name) We did a ride along to identify the sound I was referring to and another to verify that he found it and fixed it. I was only in for about an hour and was super appreciative of how quickly my issue was taken care of. Having worked customer-facing service jobs in the past, I always hate to be the guy to come back to bring it up that something still isn’t right. I’m sure me bringing my car in with 2 hours before close required some resources to be shifted around but I was never made to feel like I was burdening the team. Thank you all so much for being so patient and accommodating!

I have been coming to Midas Westerville for years. I only have service done at Midas Westerville. The customer service is great! The staff has been there for years so that lets me know they love where they work.
The team was very hands on. They were very informative after inspecting my vehicle by showing and telling me what they had found during the inspection. They informed me of what was needed to be done now and what would need to be done later on.
As always, I was treated with respect and kindness. As always the mechanics were efficient and thorough. Besides changing out the light, they also checked other things that I noticed. I always use this Midas. None of gentlemen better never leave!🙂
Dave (mgr. in charge) is friendly and to the point regarding repairs. He seems to have the customers best interest top of mind and is not pushy. His knowledge is extensive. My only complaint is the “Shop Fee” charge. However, I am aware that this is standard practice for a number of years already but it is still BS on my opinion.

I’ve been going to this location for years. The gentlemen are always very friendly and honest about what is going on with my car. They tell me what needs fixed right away and what will be coming up soon and how much it will cost so I can budget accordingly. They offer to take me into the service area so I can see for myself what they are talking about. I trust these guys and have never had an issue that couldn’t be fixed. This particular visit I asked them to change the air filter but they had a problem finding the part, and I had to wait a little longer than normal. My bill was discounted for the inconvenience and I was appreciative for it.

I went to Midas for several things - oil change, coolant, blinker light replacement and tires. I assumed I needed tires because mine were pretty old and were losing air frequently. But instead of just letting me spend unnecessary money, they told me I still had 45% tread left and I really only needed to have them remounted and that should resolve the leaking of air. Way cheaper fix... I appreciated the honesty. Great service and was done with everything in an hour.
