This is the second time that the drivers side door is black and dirty looking after being serviced. There needs to be gloves put on or something when driving my car and touching the door!
I got more than just an ordinary oil change, the mechanic went over so much more and rotated my tires as well; I wish he had talked to me personally and not just make a note about why there was oil leaking : also I asked about my clutch fluid and I'm not sure if that was handled/checked

I called the shop around 9:20 am and they fit me in at 10am. It took a little over an hour and I spent a little over $100 for the services I desired. The man handling the bill even gave me a coupon.

This isn’t on the staff but you need to hire someone to clean the lobby there was a chicken bone under a chair and light muddy feet print on two chairs. That grossed me out a bit but other than that it was worth putting up with the unclean lobby. At least it wasn’t filthy I’m there and the staff is working too hard to tidy up everything. I bought my car in with a damaged radiator and other stuff and they had my car done within 24hrs . They were very patient with me cause we called almost every two hours to check on the status of the vehicle lol as well as friendly . Very thorough and even waited a few extra minutes after closing for me to come grab my vehicle .
Very nice guys explained and showed everything that needed done. Didn't try to get you to get expensive things done only what was needed.
I have been using this Midas location exclusively for over 5 years, after discovering their great service during Thanksgiving weekend of 2016. What could have been a major problem on a weekend where there were no other options The people at Midas could not have been more helpful. Plus, when its fixed it is fixed long term.
My father told me years ago to Midas because they check the car out thoroughly which they do. They caught my brake line cut years ago when I was being stalked by my ex. I trust them, I always find a coupon to help me as well since I am on a limited income. I got charged less for my Cadillac than my girlfriend did gor her little Chevy plus...they rotated my tires. Thank you.

Even though the team was short staffed, they communicated it early on and let us know what to expect. Our oil change appointment was from 2 to 4, and we received our car back around 4:30 even though there were only 2 members.
