I was told at the dealership I needed a brake job. I’ve found this Midas location to be very honest and professional in the past. The technician examined my brakes and said they were only 30% worn. As has been my previous experience they again exceeded my expectations.

MY oil change price has changed 3x in the last year

This was 3rd time we brought a vehicle in for oil change. Everyone has been kind, helpful and didn’t pressure us to do additional work

I brought my mustang in for an oil change. When I had made the appointment i asked if they rotated tires as well when you get an oil change. They told me yes it’s part of the policy. I also had a leak in my tire that I asked them to patch. They said they would do that for me. But when I picked up my car it told me that my tire pressure was the same and the tire with the leak in it was still in the same spot not touched at all which then tells me they never ever rotated my tires either. So then how I’m I supposed to believe they even changed my oil. I will never come back. I do not trust this company. Also, the wombat the counter is completely unprofessional and rude. Definitely should not be talking to customers. It’s embarrassing.

The price of my oil change was good and they did it very fast

I used a $20 off coupon and still paid $82 for a synthetic oil change. That seems high to me.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also communicated well with me what the issue was.

The customer service, the pricing, and the wait time was very minimal which was extremely nice!

Ease of everything and price

Customer service was excellent and communication was great. No problems at all and I was not asked to do any unnecessary maintenance to my vehicle.

I will go to them from now on, the work and waiting area were extremely well cared for. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The person who worked on my car was unbelievable, extremely knowledgeable. One thing that impressed me most was his honesty, until he researched the problem he said “he didn’t know, but he would keep looking and he did! Very honesty, above board organization! It was wonderful and peaceful for me; I feel safe knowing I have a reputable, efficient place to take my car and going next door to Waffle House with 10% off was impressive! Thank you all…!

Highly satisfied as the techs went beyond the alignment. They didn't stop there, they took the extra time to help find a future issue that I was unaware of. I can't find the words to express my appreciation for everything they done for me. I've already scheduled to have the found issue repaired this week. Thank you Midas 💯

I love it. I told them I’m Deaf and it is very easy to communicate with notes. They fixed my alignment and drove is so good and like a new car!

The service was to repair a cylinder 3 misfire. Bad coil was ultimately the issue. What I didn't need was for an upsale to replace all 4. Seeing what the problem was and ease of repair. Its something that can be done in my driveway. Instead of automatically trying to upsell the customer, at least provide the options on service next time. At least I had the knowhow to ask. I think the honest approach when it comes to servicing the car will better build trust within an industry that sometimes is lacking with technicians. With that said, the tech and manager were helpful and answered my questions when I asked and we came to an agreebable number for what was immediately needed to be done.

Wet friendly and we’re honest about what they were finding. Gave me options and good info

Ronnie is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a flat on the highway and “limped” into his establishment and Ronnie and his staff did such a great job!

1. Management was rude to the service employees. He was too busy watching youtube on his ipad. Two seperate occassions one of the employees asked a questions he reacted like he was being interrupted, although he was doing nothing but watching his ipad and sitting behind the counter.2. Stop selling a service and instead fix problems that are requested. 3. The salesman/manager gave me a price and told me that my coupon was included, although he had not even looked at my coupon to know what I was presenting. 4. It was obvious to me that he was racking up the bill before he even took the vehicle for a test drive. He quoted me over $600 to replace rotors and brakes. I was able to get the same service completed for $150 less from a shop that I felt was trustworthy, not just trying to sell me something I did not need.

The first associate quoted $79.99 for a full synthetic oil change. The associate who checked me out said the quote I got was inaccurate and it would be $10 more. I thought they should be on the same page.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND SERVICE WELL COMMUNICATED

Apparently, this was a grand opening for this location, so there were some corporate people there. We had one of them talk to us, the location's manager talk to us, and two different associates talk to us too Everyone was extremely polite!

I went to Meineke and they wanted 1200$ for parts and labor. Charge me over $100 for each ignition coil. I knew then I was going somewhere else. I started calling around for options, knowing I would have to return the 1 could I purchased from a parts store. To my surprise, Midas installs customer supplied parts! I purchased 2 more coils because Meineke said another coil under the intake (besides the one misfiring) was soaked in oil, indicating a leak. Midas put in all 3 coils. My cost for parts and labor was a good 300$ cheaper than what Meineke wanted. After the job was done, I thought to ask if any of the coils was soaked in oil. They were not. I was so disgusted with that information that I dusted off my Yelp account in order to tell the world. And I’m not someone to write negative reviews. I appreciate Midas so much for being helpful and being honest with their work. You have made a repeat customer.
