I was charged for services I didn’t ask for and was not told til after that it was done I had to pay and make sacrifices with other bills that I had money planned for them but had to now pay late fees cause I didn’t have enough

Schedule a wheel alignment at one store got there was getting ready to pull my car in a part used to hold the steering wheel in place. Someone had broke it by accident. Life happens. He called and told me to go to one other store when I got there and they informed me that there will alignment machine was also broke and I have a told me to go to another store that was I had to wait another 2 1/2 hours which is unacceptable so I called the tire shop down the street and they got me here within an hour to an hour and a half. I understand that things happen but when you’re driving around to different stores that’s unacceptable I will be taking my business someplace else in the future

After inspecting my car, the counter person said that my car was leaking oil profusely and if they continued, my car could be damaged. I said that I had already paid to have the leak fixed twice and wouldn’t choose to do so again, and I would change the oii in l myself. When they returned my car I told her that she needed to learn the meaning of the word profusely because I had just returned from a trip to South Dakota and my car used a quart of oil and that’s hardly profusely. I further told her that the service tech needed to change his uniform before getting into someone else’s vehicle. His uniform looked as though he had swept the shop floor with it.

I spent time and money going back and forth to your location. At the end, issue was not resolved and I was there where I started. Furthermore, associate was extremely rude.
It has been a long time since I have experienced such great customer service. Most businesses anymore hardly look at you and customers seem to be more of a nuisance. I went to the location at 15th and Harvard in Tulsa. The woman who answered the phone and ultimately greeted me upon arrival was wonderful. She clearly cared about customers. I regret not remembering her name but she deserves a shout out for her amazing customer service skills.
The staff were extremely helpful and patient with my lack of understanding and broke down the issues and potential solutions for them very succinctly. The service was excellent and the staff continually updated me on the state of the repair. I would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone else seeking assistance with their vehicle.
The prices are expensive but the job is done right.
The employees there are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel as the dealerships always try to pull me around and this Midas is always straightforward. I have brought my car to them about 5 times now and it's always been a great experience and always fix the issue at hand. I never have to bring it back in for the same problem.

Everything was as expected, the pricing was reasonable, and the customer service was more than adequate. I have to say, it's strange to ask if I would recommend an oil change in the next 30 days though. I can honestly say I have never recommended an oil change to anyone in my life.

I would have to like more consistent communication. While the communication was good, I did have to call a couple of times for updates. That said, I was trying to make a decision as to whether I needed a new car, so I was a little more concerned with the details of my inspection so that I could make a decision on what to do next. Even still, the Midas team was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Oil spilled when putting oil in the engine and when replacing filter. No effort to clean up. Was told i had a leaking cvc joint and strut. Took to dealer and neither was leaking. Went in for 29.00 oil change and came out paying 89.00.

I came in thinking I just needed to add some air to my tire and they were willing to do that on the spot; however as I was waiting for the technician to bring the hose to the vehicle, I noticed a screw in the tire. They had it patched and I was on my way within about 20 minutes. They were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service before I had to drive back out of town.

Because we were treated very well and the manager went over everything with us and our overall bill for 2 tires, an oil change, and a front end alignment, was not bad at all.

I just bought a "new to me car" and it was due for an oil change. I was happy that they also checked other things as well. Oh yeah and they patched a tire for me as well. Although I miss Brian the former manager, the quality of service was just as good.
The associate name Aaron worked hard while tending to my tire service needs as well as answering the phone to help another customer. He did what he could by himself while he's mechanics were out for lunch.

Midas does a better job then your Toyota dealership. Toyota cost me a small fortune by saying my breakpads and rotors were good to go. Midas got in there and immediately stated they needed to be replaced. The truth may be Ugly but Midas tells you what you need to hear. Only place ive worked with that seems to care about the performance of my vehicle.
