Parts for service were not on hand and had to be ordered. Once the parts get there, they said the job would only take 45 minutes. It took almost 3 hours.
The employees were helpful, pointed me in the right direction I needed to get my car back on track, and they were professional.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the diligence and professionalism of the service writer. When an issue seemed to arise after my service, they addressed my concerns with keen interest and prompt, diligent action.
Not only did they tell me about the inspection they actually showed me what I was needing to know about my brakes. Lots information was given to me about what they were doing and if I wanted it done.

I was told that it could possibly be an hour.It was only 30 minutes. I was very happy.
It took over an hour and cost $50 to change 1 headlight bulb. Thats way too long for a simple procedure and the cost is too much. The bulb is like $17. You cannot tell me they did $33 worth of work on a headlight.
They treated me like family and made me feel very welcome. Their Teck's are very good on doing the necessary repairs. They provided a peace of mind knowing driving the car is safe on the road trip.

Midas in Tulsa on Peoria has been friendly and reliable for years. They work on any age vehicle and are straightforward with recommendations on what is needed. They never seem untrustworthy or upselling like other shops.
I made an appointment, and was there on time. They were ready for me, so I did not have to wait. He checked my vehicle and tires and I was out the door. Very efficient and friendly.
What’s I wanted done was done expertly
Do the diagnostic necessary to tell me what’s wrong with the car. I paid $117 and still no viable answers of what actually needs to fixed and I’m still having the same issue that I brought the car in for.
They were able to take me as a walk-in. The mechanic communicated with the front desk about my dashboard oil change code. The front desk explained the codes procedure. The mechanic went out and made the adjustments. I was glad he made sure to do that.

I need somebody from corporate to call me. I’m in the process of going to the Better Business Bureau, small claims court, as well as possibly getting one of the news stations involved. I was charged $1800 for a broken radiator, the radiator was fine. It wasn’t even a problem. They didn’t catch the problem and charged me for work that didn’t need to be done and now I do not have a vehicle. I drove my vehicle there, I had to have a salvage wrecker. Come remove it from the Midas parking lot. If they had caught the blown head gasket like they should have, they would not have charged me to replace a radiator. They had no problem with taking my money and letting my car just sit in the parking lot, no longer able to even start. I kept my old radiator so when I go to court, I can show that they swapped out a perfectly fine radiator. I’m going to small claims court, going to the Better Business Bureau, and going to try to get a news crew involved.
